|a كانت النظرية الحجاجية-باعتبار أنها نظرية تداولية -نتاج جهد كبير من علماء اللغة؛ لدراسة آليات المتكلم التي يستعملها بغية إقناع المتلقي بكلامه، والتأثير فيه، بحيث-تعني-كما ورد في المعجم الفلسفي "سلسلة من الأدلة تقضى إلى نتيجة واحدة، أو هو طريقة لعرض الأدلة وتقديمها"، اختار الباحث مقالا للكاتب "إيلي عامير" يتسم بالمعاصرة، وكذلك بتناوله قضايا سياسية هامة، مثل قضية الاحتلال وصورة إسرائيل الخارجية، بالإضافة على قضية الاندماج الطائفي، وفكرة بوتقة الصهر وتتناول الدراسة السلالم الحجاجية من الجوان التالية: المبحث الأول: مفهوم السلالم الحجاجية the argumentative scale، وشروطها: المبحث الثاني: الآليات اللغوية لنظرية السلالم الحجاجية وندرس فيه: ١-الروابط اللغوية الحجاجية. ٢-الوسائل اللغوية البلاغية لنظرية السلالم الحجاجية
