المستخلص: يعتبر الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم من الأهمية بمكان؛ "إذ لو اهتم علماء المسلمين بقضية الإعجاز العلمي وعرضوها بالأدلة العلمية الواضحة لأصبحت من أهم وسائل الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل، والإعجاز العلمي في القران الكريم هو السبق العلمي للقران الكريم الذي ذكر حقائق في الكون لم تكن البشرية تعلم عنها شيئا"، وهذه الحقائق تطورت بتطور الاكتشافات التي جاءت نتيجة للإشارات الواردة في القرآن، وبديهي أن يتباين موقف العلماء من تلك الإشارات بتباين الأفراد وخلفياتهم الثقافية وأزمانهم، وباتساع دائرة المعارف الإنسانية في مجال الدراسات الكونية، ولذلك نجد بعد فترة من الزمن وبعد تقدم أجهزة الكشف العلمي، وقوف العلماء على طرف من هذه الحقائق التي ذكرها القرآن الكريم، وهذا شاهد بأن القرآن الكريم أنزله الذي يعلم السر في السماوات والأرض. وتتناول هذه الدراسة موقف الفقه الإسلامي من قضية الإعجاز (العلمي والعددي). وتأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع في كونه يتعلق بأشرف كتاب أنزل (القران الكريم)، وهو التأمل والتدبر في آيات القرآن الكريم، وهو المعجزة الخالدة التي تحدى الله تعالى بها الإنس والجن. وكثرة وجوه الإعجاز، وجوانبه المختلفة، ومجالاته المتعددة، العلمية، والعددية، والكونية، والزراعية، والمائية، بجانب الإعجاز اللغوي والبياني، وغير ذلك..... ويأتي أسباب اختياري لهذا الموضوع في محاولة إبراز هذا الجانب في كتاب الله تعالى، والوقوف على أحكامه الفقهية. وأن قضايا الإعجاز من القضايا الشائكة بين العلماء، بين مؤيد لها ومتشدق بها ومبالغ فيها، وبين منكر لها البته... واتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي في تتبع أقوال الفقهاء (القدامى والمحدثين) في القضايا المتعلقة بالإعجاز (العلمي والعددي). ثم المنهج الاستدلالي في دلالة النصوص النقلية على حكم الإعجاز وربطه بآيات القرآن الكريم، وأهم الضوابط المتعلقة بذلك. وأما عن المنهج العلمي فعزوت الآيات القرآنية إلى سورها، وذكرت اسم السورة ورقم الآية. وتخريج الأحاديث والآثار من مصادرها الأصلية. إذا كان الحديث في الصحيحين أو أحدهما لم أشر إلى صحته، بل أكتفي بعزوه إليهما.

The scientific miracle in the Noble Qur’an is of great importance; If Muslim scholars were interested in the issue of scientific miracles and presented it with clear scientific evidence, it would have become one of the most important means of calling to God Almighty, and the scientific miracle in the Noble Qur’an “is the scientific precedence of the Noble Qur’an that mentioned facts in the universe that mankind did not know anything about.” These facts have developed With the development of the discoveries that came as a result of the signs contained in the Qur’an, and it is obvious that the position of scholars on those signs varies according to the differences of individuals, their cultural backgrounds and their times, and the widening of the circle of human knowledge in the field of cosmic studies. These facts mentioned by the Noble Qur’an, and this is a witness that the Noble Qur’an was revealed by the one who knows the secrets in the heavens and the earth. This study deals with the position of Islamic jurisprudence on the issue of (scientific and numerical) miracles. The importance of this subject comes from the fact that it is related to the most honorable book revealed (the Holy Qur’an), which is Meditation on the verses of the Noble Qur’an, which is the eternal miracle with which God Almighty challenged mankind and the jinn, and the many faces of miracles, and their various aspects, and their multiple fields, scientific, numerical, cosmic, and agricultural. The reasons for my choice of this topic come in an attempt to highlight this aspect in the Book of God Almighty, and to stand on its jurisprudential rulings. And that issues of miraculousness are among the thorny issues among scholars, between a supporter of it and those who rant about it and exaggerated it, and among those who deny it at all... I followed in this research the inductive approach in following the sayings of the jurists (old and modern) in issues related to the miraculous (scientific and numerical). Then the inferential approach in the significance of the transmission texts on the rule of inimitability and its link to the verses of the Noble Qur’an, and the most important controls related to that. As for the scientific method, I attributed the Qur’anic verses to its surahs, and mentioned the name of the surah and the number of the verse. Graduation of hadiths and antiquities from their original sources. If the hadith is in the two Sahihs or one of them, I did not refer to its authenticity, but rather attributed it to them.
