|b The study seeks to explore the problems of managing libraries of Faculties of Education electronically in Egyptian universities and the requirements to confront them by studying the reality of electronic libraries for Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities as they are a strategic resource and the basis for progress, development, survival and continuity away from the current reality that is characterized by stagnation, and trying to address the obstacles facing the activation of management The electronic libraries of the Faculties of Education in the Egyptian universities, providing the necessary mechanisms to activate the electronic management of the libraries of the Faculties of Education in the Egyptian universities. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it deals with a vital topic related to promising future directions, the academic community’s need for an electronic library, through: Community participation between colleges of education and the surrounding community such as schools through the system and integration between colleges of education in intellectual production, the scientific justification for the necessity to provide training programs For workers not only in entering data, but trying to employ it within the institution (college), as well as providing training programs for researchers to deal with the library and benefit from its holdings, making the electronic library a complementary network to the educational system and so as to provide assistance educational programs for students in the classroom through the electronic library. Scientific Forum services for direct communication between specialists to exchange opinion and advice, improving the educational environment in accordance with methods that are compatible with the capabilities, preparations and inclinations of researchers, in response to the global requirements that call for the upgrading of information centers, the large number of beneficiaries of the results of the study. Study methodology: The study will depend on the descriptive approach in collecting information and facts, and through the field descriptive approach based on the application of study tools, proposals will be produced that contribute to addressing this problem. Study tool and its sample: The study relies on the questionnaire tool to reveal the reality of the use of electronic management in the management of the libraries of Faculties of Education on the one hand, and to search for obstacles that prevent their achievement on the other hand, and then suggest the necessary requirements to assess their use on a third side, and they will be applied to a sample Who are responsible for these libraries, a sample of faculty members, and a sample of graduate students will be selected according to certain conditions Study procedures: 1. Introduction, and a general summary of the study. 2. The Conceptual Framework for the Electronic Library. 3. Digital Management Systems for Libraries. 4. The reality of some libraries of Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities 5. The problems that prevent the libraries of the Faculties of Education and Digital Administration from achieving their goals. 6. The proposed scenario for activating the digital management of the libraries of Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities. Results: The current study, both theoretical and field, has concluded with many results that represent the mechanisms of the proposed visualization in the steps, and the necessary procedures to activate the digital management systems for the libraries of Faculties of Education in Egyptian universities, including: 1) Working to make the information available in the full text of books and scientific dissertations free of charge, but if necessary, it is paid for a nominal material cost. 2) Holding a training course on the direct line (online), or through a practical lecture for all users of the electronic library. 3) Work to make training on the electronic library a requirement for developing university performance and conditions for applying for postgraduate studies. 4) The presence of specialists in information systems to supervise the training and try to put it inside the college and a specialist to explain the methods of obtaining references of all kinds. 5) The electronic library creates an educational digital platform that reviews the library's recent content. 6) The electronic library creates its own publishing houses. The library performs the audio transformation of its holdings. 7) The library puts its holdings on the digital repository, displays the library’s holdings in PDF format, and increases scientific references and periodicals in the library. 8) Small fees for the library for its continuous development, taken with the tuition fees.
