هذا بجث بعنوان: " الأحاديث الواردة في اشتراط الحول لوجوب الزكاة. جمعا وتخريجا ودراسة" جمعت فيه الأحاديث المرفوعة باستيعاب، وخرجتها بتوسع، حسب الطاقة، وحكمت عليها متعمدا أقوال الحديث ونقادة، وقد تحرر لي أنه لا يصح منها شيء. ثم جمعت أهم الآثار الموقوفة، وقد صح في ذلك عن عدد من الصحابة، منهم؛ أبو بكر الصديق، وعثمان، وعلي، وابن عمر، وقد يصح عن غيرهم ولم أقصد الاستيعاب هنا. وقد وتع وجماع اهل العلم علي اشتراط مضي الحول لوجوب الزكاة إلا في أصناف معينة من الأموال الزكوية كالخارج من الأرض. وتحت مسألة الحول مسائل تفريعيه متعددة تبحث في كتب الفقه والفروع. وإنما المقصود هنا أصل المسألة.

And collected the important standing Tells, and corrected many Tells came from Mohammed s Friends (peace be upon himj for example: “ Abo Baker A1 Sedeek, Othman, Aly and Ibn Omer, and may find this get them out from different sources to others, and 1 don t mean those only. The Muslims scholars are strongly united that have to pass year as a condition to pay the Practice Regular Charity, except certain kinds of money concerning Practice Regular Chanty, as money get from land income. . . Under this question there are many questions look in Islamic philology books and branches but I mean essential question. And the succeed with hand of Allah. Grace be upon our prophet Mohammed and his friends.
