يعد انتقال الأمراض المعدية عن طريق الزواج من أخطر المشكلات التي تواجه الناس في الوقت الحاضر؛ نتيجة لقلة الوازع الديني عند الكثير من الناس حيث يعمد البعض منهم إلى نقل تلك الأمراض المعدية للآخرين عن طريق الزواج مما يتسبب بتدمير العوائل وهم لا يشعرون، أو من خلال إخفاء الخاطب أو المخطوبة عن الطرف الآخر حمله للمرض المعدي، لهذا جاء هذا البحث لبيان خطورة هذا الأمر، وبيان للأحكام الفقهية المترتبة على انتقال الأمراض المعدية عن طريق الزواج، فتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة ومبحثين، تناولنا فيها تعريف الأمراض المعدية وبيان بعض الأحكام الفقهية المترتبة على انتقال الأمراض المعدية عن طريق الزواج، كحكم زواج المصاب بمرض معد من سليم، وحكم الحمل والإنجاب في حالة إذا ما كان أحد الزوجين أو كلاهما مصابا، وحكم التفريق بين الزوجين لوجود المرض المعدي، ثم ختمنا البحث بخاتمة تضمنت أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها، والتوصيات التي اقترحناها.
