المستخلص: "خطبة الجمعة من شعائر الإسلام التي تدل على شمولية هذا الدين، وصلاحيته لكل زمان ومكان، وذلك لما تحتوي في طياتها من أهداف سامية، وخصائص بارزة تميزها عن غيرها من شعائر الدين السماوية، ويأتي البحث ليلقي الضوء على المسؤولية التي ينبغي لخطباء الجمعة استشعارها زمن الوباء، تأصيلا شرعيا وتوجيها واقعيا لمجتمعهم وتحقيقا لهذه المسؤولية، وتبرز أهداف البحث من خلال بيان أهمية الخطابة الدينية ومنزلتها في الشريعة الإسلامية، وكذلك التعرف على سمات خطب الجمعة زمن الوباء ومضامينها، ثم بيان المسؤولية الشرعية، والعلمية والوطنية لخطباء الجمعة زمن الوباء، وإبراز جهود وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد في زمن الوباء فيما يخص الخطب والخطباء والمساجد، ولإضافة الجديد في الدراسة تم مراجعة أوعية البحث ومواطن الكتب فلم أجد من تحدث عن مسؤولية خطباء الجمعة زمن الوباء، وما يجب أن تكون عليه الخطبة، وما هي أبرز سماتها أو بيان مضامين الخطب ومسؤوليات الخطيب فيها، مما يضفي على البحث الجدة، والأصالة. وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات العلمية التي ينبغي أن تسير وفق مناهج البحث العلمي، فلذلك اتخذت المنهج الاستقرائي الناقص خلال هذا البحث، وهو حصر المعلومات حول الظاهرة محل الدراسة، وفحصها، وإعطاء حكم عام بصددها، وتنظيم هذه المعلومات المتوفرة في قالب معين؛ ليستنبط منها نتائج صحيحة تزود الباحث بالمقترحات والحلول، وطبق هذا المنهج في هذه البحث من خلال تتبع الواقع محل الدراسة وهي جائحة كرونا وجمع كل ما يتعلق بمسؤولية الخطباء في مثل هذا الوقت وتقديم الحلول والمقترحات للرقي بالمستوى المطلوب للمسؤولية الشرعية والعلمية والوطنية لخطباء الجمعة في زمن الوباء، كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج من أبرزها: أهمية خطبة الجمعة ودورها البارز في تعليم الناس أمور دينهم وإصلاح أحوالهم وفق منهج الإسلام الصحيح، وخطبة الجمعة تحتل مكانه بارزة في المجتمع كونها معينا صافيا لبيان أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية باختلاف الأحوال والأزمنة ومواكبة حاجات الناس الدينية وغير الدينية، كما يوصي الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بخطبة الجمعة وأن تكون الخطبة متزامنة مع الظروف والأحوال التي تمر بحياة المسلم لتكون نبراسا من خلاله يجد الطريق الصحيح لسلوكه والابتعاد عن ما يشوب دينه من أفكارا وأعمال."

"The Friday sermon is one of the rituals of Islam that indicates the comprehensiveness of this religion, and its validity for every time and place, because it contains lofty goals and prominent characteristics that distinguish it from other divine rituals of religion, and the research comes to shed light on the responsibility that Friday preachers should feel during the epidemic, Legitimacy and realistic guidance for their society and the realization of this responsibility, The objectives of the research are highlighted by clarifying the importance of religious rhetoric and its status in Islamic law, as well as identifying the characteristics and contents of Friday sermons at the time of the epidemic, then clarifying the legal, scientific and national responsibility of Friday sermons at the time of the epidemic, and highlighting the efforts of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in the time of the epidemic with regard to sermons. And preachers and mosques, and to add the new in the study, research vessels and books were reviewed, This study is one of the scientific studies that should go according to scientific research methods, Therefore, I took the incomplete inductive approach during this research, which is to limit the information about the phenomenon under study, examine it, give a general judgment about it, and organize this available information in a specific template; To derive correct results that provide the researcher with suggestions and solutions, and this approach is applied in this research by following the reality under study, which is the Corona pandemic, and collecting everything related to the responsibility of preachers at such a time, and providing solutions and proposals to raise the required level of legal, scientific and national responsibility for Friday preachers in the time of the epidemic. The study also came out with a set of results, the most important of which are: the importance of the Friday sermon and its prominent role in teaching people about their religion and reforming their conditions according to the correct approach of Islam, And the Friday sermon occupies a prominent place in society as it is a clear aid to clarify the provisions of Islamic Sharia in different conditions and times and keep pace with the religious and non-religious needs of people. For his behavior and to stay away from the thoughts and actions of his religion."
