|a واكبت هذه الدراسة ما يمر به العالم اليوم من فيروس كورونا المستجد (covid19) حيث ابتلى العالم في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها بجائحة؛ منعت فيها الناس من ممارسة الحياة الطبيعية، وخاض الناس بشأن ذلك في الحديث عن إغلاق المساجد ولبس الكمامة والتباعد بين المصلين، وصلاة الطبيب الذي يحمل النجاسة، وتعطيل مناسك العمرة والحج، وما يتبع ذلك من أحكام الجنائز وغسل الميت، وفسخ عقد الإجارة، وغيرها من النوازل التي لم تكن موجودة من قبل، واستجدت أحكام لم يتصورها البعض فكانت هذه الدراسة ألا وهي "الرخص الشرعية وتطبيقاتها في ظل انتشار الأوبئة دراسة فقهية مقارنة"؛ لإزالة اللبس عن الناس في نوازل مستجدة. ومن خلال تتبع نصوص الشريعة الإسلامية ومقاصدها، نجد أن حفظ النفس من الضروريات، فالشريعة السمحة استوعبت تلك المسائل في قواعدها الكلية؛ لذا رخص الله تعالى فيما أمر من العبادات بأنواع الرخص الشرعية للحفاظ على النفس البشرية. وقد تطرقت الدراسة في سبيل ذلك إلى عدة محاور تمثلت في: بيان مفهوم الرخص، والحكمة من تشريعها وضوابط العمل بها، وأخيرا كشفت الدراسة عن تطبيقات الرخص الشرعية التي ظهرت في الآونة الأخيرة.

|b This study aims to investigate various recent issues that have emerged due the Covid-19 pandemic. People from all around the world where not able to practice every day activities in normal way. Mosque closing, distancing during prayers, wearing the face masks, praying of the doctors with defilement clothes, suspending the Islamic mass gathering (i.e. Friday prayers, AL-Omra and AL-Hajj), Islamic burial ruling, dead washing rituals, Kaffan (shrouding the body with pieces of cloth) and ending rental agreements and other newly raised cases where discussed among people. This study (Legal concessions and their applications in light of the spread of epidemics, a comparative jurisprudential study) was made to answer people questions which were raised under (covid19) situation. The study reviewed and explained several concepts in the Islamic religion, the research conclude that life preservation is a necessity in the Islamic religion. However, Allah has allowed to reconstruct the Islamic jurisprudence of the rule of worship to adapt to an emergencies. In order to achieve this research objectives, the study discussed a several concepts and these concepts are: concessions definition, the wisdom behind their legislations, finally the study Revealed examples of Legal concessions which were applied lately.
