|a تسعى الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاقتصاد الدائري كنموذج اقتصادي جديد لتحقيق أهداف خطة التنمية المستدامة لعام 2030، كون أن هذا الأخير يعتمد أساسا على مبدأ إعادة الاستخدام وإعادة التدوير لإنشاء نظام مستدام. ترتكز خطة التنمية المستدامة على سبعة عشر هدف من أجل المرور إلى اقتصاد الاستدامة، بناءا على ذلك تعتمد الدراسة على تحليل مؤشرات الاقتصاد الدائري في ظل أهداف هذه الخطة، أين تم التوصل إلى دور الحكومات والهيئات المعنية بحماية البيئة في ترسيخ الأرضية القانونية لتطبيق الاقتصاد الدائري، دون أن ننسى الجهود المختلفة في محاولة الحد من استخدام مدخلات الموارد الطبيعية في العلمية التنموية للحد من النفايات وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

|b This study aims to highlight the importance of the circular economy as a new model to achieve sustainable development plan for 2030, as the latter rely on the recycling principle and participation to build sustainable system. The sustainable development plan is based on seventeen goal pass into sustainable economy, relying on that The study is based on analyzing the indicators of the circular economy under objectives of this plan, where we found the role of governments and environmental protection bodies in establishing legal grounds to apply the circular economy, without forgetting the different efforts trying to stop using natural resource inputs to development science to stop wastes thus achieving the sustainable development goals.
