المستخلص: The main objective of this article is to make the link or links (or not) between the use of incoterms, and international performance. To carry out our work, we used the hypothetico-deductive method. Thus, from the existing literature, we have issued five (05) hypothesis that relate the performance of Algerian companies internationally and the use of incoterms.

Cet article a pour principal objectif de faire le lien ou les liens (ou non) entre utilisation des incoterms, et performance à l’internationale. Pour mener notre travail, nous avons utilisé la méthode hypothético-déductive. Ainsi, à partir de la littérature existante, nous avons émis cinq (05) hypothèses qui mettent en relation la performance des entreprises algériennes à l’international et l’utilisation des incoterms.
