المستخلص: The research aims to build a program of training exercises kinetic and study its effect on restoring some of the functional abilities of players with inflammation of the shoulder joint tendons In the sport of table tennis ", where the experimental method was used in a single system standard (tribal and beyond), and where the application of the program under study period (5/8/2017 to 5/2/2018), a sample of (9) case Of the patients under study for the dental age of (18-24). The most important results were that the rehabilitation program had a positive effect for the dimension measurements in the experimental research group in the variables under study, namely, "muscle strength, motor range, and pain reduction". Statistical treatments were applied. The relative importance, "and the most important results were the superiority of the dimension measurements in the research variables compared to the tribal measurements in the group under study. The main recommendations were as follows: • Mainstream the implementation of the proposed rehabilitation program to all health centers affiliated to the Ministry of Health and concerned authorities. • Avoid physical exercise that may cause excessive stress on the articular tendons of the body as a whole.
