"موضوع البحث: دور المرأة القيادية في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي، وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، ""دراسة تطبيقية من خلال الاقتصاد الإسلامي على التأجير المنتهي بالتمليك"". هدف الدراسة: إظهار الدور القيادي للمرأة في تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي والرفعة به، لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وذكر دراسة تطبيقية على ذلك من خلال الاقتصاد الإسلامي على التأجير المنتهى بالتمليك. المقدمة: ذكرت فيها الباحثة مدخل عن مجال الاقتصاد، كما بينت فيها الباحثة أن المرأة على مر العصور لها الدور الفعال في التنمية المجتمعية على كافة المجالات، كما تم الحديث عن أنه ليس بجديد على مشاركة المرأة المسلمة في الأعمال المجتمعية، فالمرأة هي ركيزة المجتمعات ومشاركتها في الأعمال الاقتصادية يضفي عليها الجدية، فالمرأة التي تلعب دورا قياديا في الاقتصاد الإسلامي لها أهمية بالغة، وذلك من ناحية أن العمل الاقتصادي يحتاج للانضباط في أساسياته حتى يصل إلى أهدافه التي يسمو بها ويصل بها نحو الرقي والتقدم. ثم بدأت الباحثة في الكلام عن الموضوع من خلال خمسة مباحث، وهي كالتالي: المبحث الأول: وفيه التعريف بالمصطلحات الرئيسة، وهي (الدور- المرأة- القيادية- النمو الاقتصادي- التنمية المستدامة- التأجير المنتهي بالتمليك). المبحث الثاني: أهداف الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وفيه الكلام عن الاقتصاد الإسلامي وأهدافه التي لا تتعارض مع تعاليم وقيم الإسلام، والتي منها التوازن في رعاية المصلحة الاقتصادية بين الفرد والجماعة والتوازن بين الجانب الروحي والمادي، وتحقيق حد الكفاية، وغيرها. المبحث الثالث: الدراسة التطبيقية، وفيها الكلام عن نماذج معاصرة للنساء اللاتي لهن دور قيادي فعال، منها الوزارات والمؤسسات الحكومية، حتى وتوصل الأمر إلى شغل مناصب قيادية عليا في بعض الدول. المبحث الرابع: أثرها في التنمية المستدامة: سيتم الحديث فيه على أن المرأة هي نواة المجتمع، وهي من أهم الأطراف المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، والوصول بالمجتمع إلى مستقبل له شهوده الحضاري، ولا يقل دورها في هذا الجانب عن دور الرجل في إيجاد حلول تعالج مشاكل المجتمع وحلول تواجه التحديات المختلفة. المبحث الخامس: النتائج والتوصيات: وسيتم ذكرها إن شاء الله حين الانتهاء من كتابة البحث منهج البحث: المنهج التطبيقي."

Introduction: The researcher mentioned in the introduction of the field of economics, as the researcher showed that women throughout the ages have an active role in community development in all fields. It has also been mentioned that it is not new to the participation of Muslim women in community work. Women are the cornerstone of societies and their participation in society. The economic business gives it seriousness. Women who play a leading role in the Islamic economy are of great importance in terms of the fact that economic work needs to be disciplined in its fundamentals in order to reach its goals that are high and reach it towards advancement and progress. Then the researcher began to talk about the subject through five investigations, which are as follows: The first topic: the definition of the main terms, namely (role- women- leadership- economic growth- sustainable development- leasing ended ownership). The second topic is the objectives of the Islamic economy, in which he speaks about the Islamic economy and its objectives which do not contradict the teachings and values of Islam, including the balance in caring for the economic interest between the individual and the community. The third topic: the applied study, in which the talk of contemporary models of women who have an effective leadership role, including ministries and government institutions, until it reached the position of senior leadership positions in some countries. The fourth topic: its impact on sustainable development: It will be discussed that women are the nucleus of society, one of the most important parties contributing to achieving sustainable development and reaching the society to a future with its civilized witnesses. Society and solutions face different challenges. The fifth topic: The results and recommendations: It will be mentioned, God willing, when the research is completed.
