This made us in front of a tool of people and system’s soft infiltration. Digital diplomacy and its facilities, in terms of proliferation and leverage, have become a threat to peoples because of its use in international plans of control and penetration, away from the traditional sense of force, but through the use and supervision of information as well as promoting it in a manner that ensures its dissemination and convincing the recipient of its content.
