| 520 | |b During the revolution, Algerian woman played an important role in the country liberation; nursing moudjahidin, hiding them and helping them with food. After independence, Algerian woman had access to education and work, but politically they remained out of decision- making. In the third millennium, multiple reforms have taken shape; thus, the quota system increased the number of women in parliament, but it did not bring about any noticeable change in terms of votes and legislative proposals. The Hirak of February 22, 2019 was an opportunity for Algerian women to reclaim the public space from which they had been excluded for decades. | ||
| 520 | |d Durant la révolution, la femme algérienne a joué un grand rôle, ses taches ne se limitaient pas aux soins infirmiers et le ravitaillement, mais plusieurs moudjahidat ont combattu dans les maquis ou comme fidaïat (poseuses de bombes) dans les villes. Après l’indépendance la femme algérienne a eu accès à l’éducation et au travail, mais sur le plan politique elle est restée éloignée de la prise de décision. La femme est restée cloitrée dans son espace domestique. Vinrent les réformes politiques avec le troisième millénaire ; ainsi, le système de quotas a augmenté le nombre des femmes dans le parlement, mais cela n’a apporté aucun changement notable. Le Hirak du 22 février 2019 était l’occasion pour les femmes algériennes pour reconquérir l’espace public dont elles étaient exclues pendant des décennies. | ||
