المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى وضع نموذج مقترح لتكامل سلسلة الإمداد والتوريد لتقديم الخدمات والأنشطة وعلاقتها بالميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الرياضية من خلال التعرف على تكامل سلسلة الإمداد والتوريد في المؤسسات الرياضية واستجابة سلسلة الإمداد والتوريد بالمؤسسات الرياضية والميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الرياضية وأنواعها، واستخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي المسحي بالتطبيق على عينة عشوائية من أعضاء مجالس إدارة الأندية الرياضية والجهاز الفني والاداري بالأندية المصرية بمحافظة الإسكندرية والبالغ عددهم (155) فردا، وأعضاء مجالس إدارة الأندية الرياضية والجهاز الفني والاداري بالأندية الفلسطينية والبالغ عددهم (198) فردا. حيث بلغت إجمالي عينة البحث (353) فردا، وتم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وتم استخدام المعالجات الاحصائية المناسبة، وفي ضوء أهداف البحث وفي إطار المنهج العلمي المستخدم وما استعان به الباحثون من أدوات جمع البيانات وما اتبعوه من إجراءات وكذلك من خلال التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات وعرضها وتفسير نتائجها تم التوصل للنموذج المقترح حيث وجه الباحثون التوصيات للمسئولين بضرورة تطبيق النموذج المقترح الخاص بتكامل سلسلة الإمداد والتوريد لتقديم الخدمات والأنشطة وعلاقتها بالميزة التنافسية بالمؤسسات الرياضية.

This research aims to develop a proposed model for the integration of the supply and supply chain for the provision of services and activities and its relationship to the competitive advantage of sports institutions by identifying the integration of the supply chain and supply in sports institutions, the response of the supply chain and the supply of sports institutions and the competitive advantage in the sports institution and its types, The researchers used the descriptive survey method by applying it to a random sample of the members of the boards of directors of sports clubs and the technical and administrative apparatus of the Egyptian clubs in Alexandria governorate, whose number is (155) individuals, and the members of the boards of directors of sports clubs and the technical and administrative apparatus of Palestinian clubs, whose number is (198) individuals. Research (353) individuals, The questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data and information, and appropriate statistical treatments were used, and in light of the research objectives and within the framework of the scientific method used and what the researchers used in terms of data collection tools and the procedures they followed, as well as through the statistical analysis of the data, its presentation and interpretation of its results, the proposed model was reached. Where the researchers directed recommendations to officials on the need to apply the proposed model for the integration of the supply and supply chain to provide services and activities and its relationship to the competitive advantage of sports institutions.
