المستخلص: Current search aimed at determining the effectiveness of a pilot program to develop the efficiency of the head of the family in the home environment to take advantage of raw materials consumed. The researcher follow descriptive analytical method as well as the experimental method, which included research on the core sample consisted at (300) housewife working and non-working families from rural and urban areas and the western provinces of Menoufia from different social and economic levels, and was chosen object-way psoriasis. The sample experimental been selected object-way based on basic research results, and reached their number (21), a housewife urban families from the city of Tanta and there was homogeneity among respondents in more than one property all lived until Houdriaat non working women with the level of educational medium, or high (holds a secondary school or equivalent - University education). Search tools represented 1. General data form of the family. 2. ores consumer awareness of the home environment form. 3-efficiency of the head of the family to benefit from the consumer home environment ores questionnaire. 4. indicative program for the development of efficient head of the family to take advantage of consumer home environment ores. The research found the presence of correlation statistically significant relationship between the performance efficiency of the heads of the research sample core families to benefit from the home environment ores consuming and both the (age housewife -mdh Azwaj- the level of education of the head and the head of the family - the financial income of the family), and no statistically significant differences between the heads of household sample of rural and urban core in favor of rural women and the existence of significant statistical differences between working women and non-working families for the benefit of workers at the center of the Performing efficiency of the goddess of the family in the home environment to take advantage of raw materials consumed. And the presence of D. statistically contrast between heads of households Find core sample at the center of the performing efficiency of the head of the household depending on both the (level of education of head of the family - the financial income of the family). While resulted in the search results of the pilot of the existence of statistically significant differences in the level of efficiency of the heads of households differences before and after counseling program to take advantage of the home environment ores consuming Bmhaorh three (efficiency cognitive - efficiency Alodaiah- affective efficiency of the head of the family) at the level of 0.001 for the benefit of the dimensional application which confirms importance of the program. Find the current recommended media awareness of the need for the family through the media, audio-visual and print the correct ways to get rid of household waste and draw benefit from them because of their economic importance in the country. Also recommended that the head of the family is keen to participate in the training courses that develop have to take advantage of the efficiency of the home environment consuming ores, and raised their children to love and appreciation of manual labor and the exploitation of raw materials available at home no matter how little value. The Ministry of Education also recommended to work on the development of home economics curriculum in the various stages of education to educate students damaged household waste and the importance of recycling and utilization.

استهدف البحث تحديد فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية كفاءة ربة الأسرة في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة، اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى جانب المنهج التجريبي، واشتمل البحث على عينة أساسية تمثلت في (300) ربة أسرة عاملة وغير عاملة من ريف وحضر محافظتي الغربية والمنوفية من مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، وتم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية. وعينة تجريبية تم اختيارها بطريقة غرضية بناءا على نتائج البحث الأساسية، وبلغ عددهن (21) ربة أسرة حضرية من مدينة طنطا وكان هناك تجانس بين أفراد العينة في أكثر من خاصية فكلهن حضريات عاملات ذوات مستوى تعليمي متوسط أو مرتفع (حاصلة على الثانوية أو ما يعادلها- تعليم جامعي). تمثلت أدوات البحث في 1- استمارة البيانات العامة للأسرة. 2- استمارة الوعى بخامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة. 3-استبيان كفاءة ربة الآسرة في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة. 4- برنامج إرشادي لتنمية كفاءة ربة الأسرة في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة. أسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الكفاءة الأدائية لربات أسر عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة وكل من (سن ربة الأسرة – مدة الزواج - مستوى تعليم رب وربة الأسرة – الدخل المالي للأسرة)، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في محور الكفاءة الأدائية لربة الآسرة في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة بين ربات أسر عينة البحث الأساسية الريفيات والحضريات لصالح الريفيات، وبين ربات الأسر العاملات وغير العاملات لصالح غير العاملات. ووجود تباين دال إحصائيا بين ربات أسر عينة البحث الأساسية في محور الكفاءة الأدائية لربة الأسرة تبعا لكلا من (مستوى تعليم ربة الأسرة - الدخل المالي للأسرة). بينما أسفرت نتائج البحث التجريبية عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى كفاءة ربات الأسر قبل وبعد البرنامج الإرشادي في الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة بمحاورها الثلاثة (الكفاءة المعرفية – الكفاءة الأدائية- الكفاءة الوجدانية لربة الأسرة) عند مستوى دلالة 0,001 لصالح التطبيق البعدي. أهم التوصيات: - ضرورة توعية الأسرة من خلال وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة بالطرق الصحيحة للتخلص من المخلفات المنزلية وأوجه الاستفادة منها لما لها من أهمية اقتصادية في البلاد. - أن تحرص ربة الأسرة على المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية التي تنمي لديها كفاءة الاستفادة من خامات البيئة المنزلية المستهلكة وتربى أبنائها على حب وتقدير العمل اليدوي وعلى استغلال الخامات المتوفرة في المنزل مهما كانت قليلة القيمة. - أن تقوم وزارة التربية والتعليم بالعمل على تطوير مناهج الاقتصاد المنزلي في مراحل التعليم المختلفة لتوعية الدارسين بأضرار المخلفات المنزلية وأهمية إعادة تدويرها والاستفادة منها.
