المستخلص: يدور هذا البحث "موقف المفسرين من آيات السلام والسماحة مع المخالفين -دراسة نقدية" حول نقد موقف كثير من علماء التفسير وعلوم القرآن من آيات السلام والسماحة مع المخالفين، ودعوى أنها نسخت عشرات أو مئات من الآيات التي تحث على الصبر والإعراض عن المخالف، تلك التي أطلق عليها: آيات الموادعة. وهذا البحث يعمل على إثبات عدم الصحة ولا الدقة التي جعلت البعض يتساهل في القول بنسخ تلك الآيات كلها، ويخلص البحث إلى القول بإحكام تلك الآيات.

The position of the scholars of interpretation of the abolition of the verses of peace: Many interpreters were inaccurate when they claimed that verses of peaceful and patient with disbelievers, are all invalidate verses. Those interpreters also claimed that since God gives permission to fight them, there is no patience or turning away from their evil actions. However, their interpretation is absolutely wrong because being patient in calling to our God and being patient with disbelievers’ or opponents’ hurts is an essential matter in Islam. I have collected these verses as a response to those who claimed that these verses are supersede. Actually, all these verses are precise in meaning and they demonstrate the tolerant aspect of Islam. It is unbelievable that Islam gives orders to kill disbelievers or force anyone to grasp it. Islam handles aspects of forgiveness, patience and turning away of others’ evil actions. Moreover, since all these verses are precise in meaning, therefore, they can used as an evidence when addressing others (opponents and disbelievers). They can be used also to improve our relations with them. Furthermore, these verses can be used to improve the method of calling to Islam (Da’wa) in addition to present the bright side of our religion.
