المستخلص: Paying Attention, advancement and empowerment of rural women who are breadwinners is one of the most important requirements for sustainable rural development, which requires the need to work on preparing all aspects of economic, social and psychological care for the breadwinner woman so that she is qualified enough to be able to overcome the difficulties and crises that may negatively affect her care and protection for her family. Therefore, this research aimed at identifying the personal and family characteristics of the rural breadwinner woman, the degree of her professional and psychosocial empowerment with its studied dimensions, and the relationship between the degree of her empowerment and her personal and family characteristics studied The research was conducted on a sample of 140 respondents of female breadwinners in villages of Ashmon District, Monofia Governorate, using a questionnaire by personal interview with the respondents, Data were collected during November and December 2020 AD, and It was used in its analysis and presentation numerical inventory tables, percentages, weighted average, qai square, And Pearson's simple correlation coefficient. The Most Important Results were The Following:- Half of the respondents support 5 and 6 individuals, and their monthly income is low (less than 1500 EGP), 59.3% of them support their families due to the death of their spouse (widows), and 35.7% of them work in commercial and professional businesses.- The level of ambition, optimism, and affiliation among the respondents came in the medium category with rates of 59.3%, 38.6%, and 33.6%, respectively.- 59.3 % of the respondents have a medium level of professional empowerment-94.3 % of the respondents have a level of psychosocial empowerment falling in the medium and low category-More than three quarters of the respondents, their level of competence, self-reliance, independence, good choice, and their behavior falls in the low and medium category, with rates of 80.7% and 77.9%, respectively.- Almost two-thirds of the respondents (65%) have the level of social influence in the medium and low category-The existence of a moral relationship between some of the studied personal and family variables of the respondents, and the degree of their professional and psychosocial empowerment with its studied dimensions.

يعد الاهتمام بالمرأة الريفية المعيلة والنهوض بها وتمكينها من أهم متطلبات التنمية الريفية المستدامة، الأمر الذي يتطلب ضرورة العمل على تهيئة كافة أوجه الرعاية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والنفسية للمرأة المعيلة حتى تكون مؤهله بالقدر الكافي الذي يمكنها من تخطى الصعاب والأزمات التي قد تؤثر سلبياً على رعايتها وحمايتها لأسرتها، لذا استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على الخصائص الشخصية والأسرية للمرأة الريفية المعيلة، ودرجة تمكينها المهني، والنفسي - الاجتماعي بأبعاده المدروسة، والعلاقة بين درجة تمكينها وبين خصائصها الشخصية والأسرية المدروسة. وقد أجرى البحث على عينة قوامها 140 مبحوثة من النساء المعيلات بقرى مركز أشمون محافظة المنوفية باستخدام استمارة استبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية مع المبحوثات، وتم جمع البيانات خلال شهري نوفمبر وديسمبر 2020م، وكانت أهم النتائج ما يلى:- نصف المبحوثات يعولن 5 و6 أفراد، ودخلهن الشهري منخفض (أقل من 1500 جنيها)، و59.3% منهن يعولن أسرهن بسبب وفاة الزوج (أرامل)، و35.7% منهن يعملن بأعمال تجارية وحرفية.- مستوى توافر الطموح، والتفاؤل، والانتماء لدى المبحوثات جاء في الفئة المتوسطة بنسب 59.3%، و38.6% و33.6% على التوالي. -59.3% من المبحوثات مستوى تمكينهن المهني متوسط. – 94.3% من المبحوثات مستوى تمكينهن النفسي - الاجتماعي يقع في الفئة المتوسطة والمنخفضة. - ما يزيد على ثلاثة أرباع المبحوثات مستوى كفاءتهن واعتمادهن على الذات، والاستقلالية وحسن اختيارهن وتصرفهن يقع في الفئة المنخفضة والمتوسطة بنسب 80.7% و77.9 على التوالي. - ما يقرب من ثلثي المبحوثات (65%) مستوى تأثيرهن الاجتماعي يقع في الفئة المتوسطة والمنخفضة.
