المستخلص: تهدف دراستنا إلى التعرف على الإفصاح المحاسبي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية على التكاليف البيئة وأثر ذلك على جذب الاستثمار الأجنبي للجزائر، وبغية تحقيق أهداف الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها قامت الباحثة استبيان موجه إلى مجموعة من المهنيين والذي من شأنهم أن يقدموا معلومات تفيد أهداف الدراسة حيث تم الاعتماد على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لتحليل الاستبيان، وتوصلت الدراسة في الأخير إلى أن الإفصاح المحاسبي على التكاليف البيئية من شأنه أن يجذب الاستثمار الأجنبي من خلال إظهار المؤسسات مدى التزامها بالحفاظ على البيئة وأن ما سيتم تلويثه في البيئة سيتم تحمل تكاليفه وهذا يرجع كله إلى قوانين وتشريعات الدولة التي تعمل فيها تلك المؤسسات.

Our study aims to identify the accounting disclosure of economic institutions on the environmental costs and its impact on attracting foreign investment to Algeria. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses the researcher designed a questionnaire aimed at a group of professionals and who will provide us with information that benefits the objectives of the study As it relied on a set of statistical methods to analyze the questionnaire. Finally, the study concluded that the accounting disclosure on environmental costs helps attract foreign investment by showing institutions the extent of their commitment to preserving the environment. And that what will be polluted in the environment will be borne its costs, and this is all due to the laws and legislation of the country in which these institutions operate.

Notre étude vise à identifier la divulgation comptable des institutions économiques sur les coûts environnementaux et son impact sur l'attraction des investissements étrangers en Algérie. Afin d'atteindre les objectifs de l'étude et de tester ses hypothèses, le chercheur a conçu un questionnaire destiné à un groupe de professionnels et qui nous fournira des informations utiles aux objectifs de l'étude, questionnaire. Enfin, l'étude a conclu que la divulgation comptable des coûts environnementaux aide à attirer les investissements étrangers en montrant aux institutions l'étendue de leur engagement à préserver l'environnement. Et que ce qui sera pollué dans l'environnement en supportera les coûts, et tout cela est dû aux lois et à la législation du pays dans lequel ces institutions opèrent.
