المستخلص: This study aimed mainly at building and testing a scale of the quality of agricultural extension training and carrying out a validity and reliability tests to check the validity of the scale measuring of the quality of extension training. Domain of the Kafr el-Sheikh governorate was selected as an area of geographic study, where the study was carried out in the ten districts (Kafr el-Sheikh- Riyadh- Hamoul- Balteem- Bella- Glynn- Desouk- madder - Motobas- Sidi Salem). The human domain of the study was on the arbitrators, trainers and trainees, as follows: 1. Arbitrators: a group of individuals who hold a ph.D degree in the field of Agricultural Extension and Rural Sociology from the faculties of agriculture and working in agricultural research centers they amounted to 30. 2.Trainers: the human domain of trainers was a group of professors of Agricultural Extension and Veterinary Medicine, at Sakha Agricultural Research station and who carried out training courses for agricultural extension workers in the Directorate of Agriculture at Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, and who the researcher was able to interviewed personally numbered 30 professor. 3.Trainees: the universe of trainees was agricultural extension workers in extensions centers at Kafr El-Sheikh governorate they amounted to 1027 extension agents, according to the records of Agricultural Extension Department of the Directorate of Agriculture at Kafr El-Sheikh, and the study sample consists of in agricultural counselors who attended the weekly meeting, which was held at the headquarters of agricultural administrative in the ten districts of the governorate at the time of data collection was numbered 105 extension agents representing 10% of the overall study universe. The field data was collected during the period from September to December 2014, using personal interview questionnaire, after the construction in arbitration of the scale and by the arbitrators. The study found a number of results, can be summarized as follows: 1. The scale included in the initial image 88 statements spread over eight dimensions, and in accordance with the views of the arbitrators has been deleted phrases which have not received the approval of at least 75% of them were 15 to delete the phrase keeps 73 spread over a 8 dimensions (training needs- trainees- training content- training period-training environment –training means and aids- trainers- training process evaluation) form an initial picture of the scale. 2. Then the validity of the scale was carried by measuring the validity and reliability and efficiency and realistic measure as well as the ability to distinguish, where the study concluded the final image of the scale, where the number of measure statements (73) distributed over 8 dimension statements as follows: First: the training needs consists of (4) statements while the second dimension: the trainees consists of (7) statements, and the third dimension: the training content consists of (16) is, and dimension: the training period consists of (6) statements, and deals with the fifth dimension: the training environment and consists of ( 11) the words, and the dimension: training means and aids consists of (6) statements, but on the seventh dimension deals with: coaches and consists of (17) is, and dimension eighth and last: to assess the training process consists of (6) statements only.

استهدفت هذه الدراسة بصفة رئيسية بناء واختبار مقياس لجودة التدريب الإرشادي الزراعي وإجراء اختبارات الصدق والثبات والصلاحية للتأكد من صلاحية المقياس في قياس جودة التدريب الإرشادي الزراعي. وتم اختيار محافظة كفر الشيخ كمجال جغرافي للدراسة، حيث تم إجراء الدراسة بمراكز المحافظة العشرة ( كفر الشيخ -الرياض -الحامول -بلطيم -بيلا -قلين -دسوق -فوة -مطوبس -سيدي سالم). وشمل المجال البشرى للدراسة على المحكمين والمدربين والمتدربين، وتمثلت شاملة وعينة الدراسة على النحو التالي: ١-المحكمين: مجموعة من الأفراد الذين يحملون درجة الدكتوراه في مجال الإرشاد الزراعي والمجتمع الريفي من العاملين بكليات الزراعة ومراكز البحوث الزراعية والبالغ عددهم 30 عضو هيئة تدريس وباحثين. ٢-المدربين: تمثل المجال البشري للمدربين في مجموعة من أساتذة الإرشاد الزراعي والطب البيطري بمركز البحوث الزراعية بسخا والذين قاموا بتنفيذ دورات تدريبية للمرشدين الزراعيين في المقار التدريبية التابعة لمديرية الزراعة بكفر الشيخ، والذين تمكنت الباحثة من مقابلتهم الشخصية وبلغ عددهم 30 أستاذاً. ٣-المتدربين: تمثل المجال البشري للمتدربين في شاملة المرشدين الزراعيين العاملين بالمراكز الإدارية العشرة بمحافظة كفر الشيخ والبالغ عددهم ١٠٢٧ مرشدا زراعيا وذلك وفقاً لسجلات إدارة الإرشاد الزراعي بمديرية الزراعة بكفر الشيخ، وتحددت عينة الدراسة في المرشدين الزراعيين الذين حضروا الاجتماع الأسبوعي الذي عقد بمقر الإدارة الزراعية بكل مركز إداري من مراكز المحافظة العشر أثناء جمع بيانات الدراسة وقد بلغ عددهم 105 مرشدا زراعيا يمثلون نسبة 10% من شاملة الدراسة. وقد تم جمع البيانات الميدانية خلال الفترة من سبتمبر حتى ديسمبر ٢٠١٤، باستخدام أسلوب الاستبيان بالمقابلة الشخصية للمدربين والمتدربين المبحوثين، بعد بناء المقياس وتحكيمه بواسطة المحكمين. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عددا من النتائج، يمكن إيجاز أهمها فيما يلي: 1-تضمن المقياس في صورته الأولية علي ٨٨ عبارة موزعة على ثمانية أبعاد، ووفقا لآراء المحكمين تم حذف العبارات التي لم تحظ على موافقة 75% على الأقل منهم حيث تم حذف 15 عبارة وتبقى ٧٣ عبارة موزعة على ٨ أبعاد (الاحتياج التدريبي -المتدربين -المحتوي التدريبي -المدة الزمنية -البيئة التدريبية -الوسائل والمعينات التدريبية -المدربين -تقييم العملية التدريبية) تشكل الصورة الأولية للمقياس. ٢-تم اختبار صلاحية المقياس من خلال قياس صدق وثبات وكفاءة وواقعية المقياس وكذلك قدرته على التمييز، حيت انتهت الدراسة إلى الصورة النهائية للمقياس، الذي بلغ عدد عباراته (٧٣) عبارة موزعة على ٨ محاور كالاتي: المحور الأول: الاحتياج التدريبي ويتكون من (٤) عبارات بينما المحور الثاني: للمتدربين ويتكون من (٧) عبارات، والمحور الثالث: للمحتوي التدريبي ويتكون من (١٦) عبارة، والمحور الرابع: للمدة الزمنية للتدريب ويتكون من (٦) عبارات، ويتناول المحور الخامس: البيئة التدريبية ويتكون من (١١) عبارة، والمحور السادس: للوسائل والمعينات التدريبية ويتكون من (٦) عبارات، أما المحور السابع فيتناول: المدربين ويتكون من (17) عبارة، والمحور الثامن والأخير: لتقييم العملية التدريبية ويتكون من (٦) عبارات فقط.
