"تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل وتفسير آليات الخطاب الصحفي في مواجهة الشائعات من خلال مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (فيسبوك) وذلك من خلال تحليل مضمون الخطاب الموجه للجمهور للتعريف بالشائعة وتصحيحها خلال جائحة كورونا عبر الصفحة الرسمية لمجلس الوزراء للرد على الشائعات، صفحة وزارة الصحة المصرية، صفحة وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي المصرية، المركز الإعلامي لجامعة الأزهر. وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية التي اعتمدت على منهج المسح الإعلامي للمنشورات الخاصة بالشائعات حول جائحة كورونا في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي عينة الدراسة والتي وردت خلال فترة من 1 مارس 2020 حتى 1 مارس 2021، واستخدمت أداة تحليل الخطاب ليكون إجمالي الموضوعات التي تم تحليلها (219) موضوعا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها استهداف الشائعات زعزعة الأمن فتصدرت الترتيب الأول في خطاب المواقع الرسمية للشائعات خلال كورونا فجاءت وزارة الصحة المصرية في الترتيب الأول يليها رئاسة مجلس الوزراء في الترتيب الثاني، يليها وزارة التعليم العالي في الترتيب الثالث، بينما جاء المركز الإعلامي لجامعة الأزهر في الترتيب الثالث والأخير، كما حرص الخطاب الموجه من وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي بالحديث عن مجلس الوزراء كقوى فاعلة إيجابية فجاءت في الترتيب الأول، يليه خطاب مجلس الوزراء في الترتيب الثاني، بينما تساوى خطاب وزارة الصحة والسكان مع خطاب المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء فجاء كلا منهما في الترتيب الثالث، وتصدرت وزارة والتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الحديث عن مروجي الشائعات وإعطاء رسائل تحذيرية لهم باعتبارهم قوى فاعلة سلبية تعمل على بلبلة الرأي العام فجاءت في الترتيب الأول، يليه خطاب المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء في الترتيب الثاني، يليه خطاب وزارة الصحة والسكان المصرية في الترتيب الثالث، بينما جاء خطاب المركز الإعلامي لمجلس الوزراء في الترتيب الرابع."
"The study seeks to monitor, analyze, and interpret the mechanisms of press speech in the face of rumors through social networking sites (Facebook) by analyzing the speech content addressed to the public to introduce and correct the rumor during the Corona pandemic through the official pages of the Council of Ministers, the Egyptian Ministry of Health, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the media center of Al-Azhar University in order to respond to rumors. This study belongs to descriptive studies that relied on the media survey of publications about rumors about the Corona pandemic on social media sites of the study sample received from March 1, 2020, to March 1, 2021. The Speech Analysis Tool was used, and the total number of topics analyzed was (219) topics. The study reached several results, the most important of which is targeting rumors that seek to destabilize security. The first ranking in the speech of the official pages against rumors during Corona was the Egyptian Ministry of Health, followed by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the second place, followed by the Ministry of Higher Education in third place, while Al-Azhar University Media Center ranked third and last. The speech from the Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research talked about the Council of Ministers as positive actors; thus, it ranked first, followed by the speech of the council of ministers in the second place, while the speech of the Ministry of Health and Population was equal to that of the Media Center of the Council of Ministers, both of them ranked third. The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research ranked at the top in talking about the promoters of rumors and giving warning messages to them as negative actors working to confuse public opinion; thus, it ranked in the first place. It was followed by the speech of the media center of the Council of Ministers in the second place, followed by the speech of the Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population in third place, while the speech of the Council of Ministers Media Center ranked fourth.
