المستخلص: يتمثل الهدف الرئيسي للبحث في أثر السعة الإنتاجية على ربحية الماعز في محافظة الشرقية وذلك من خلال تقدير المعاملات الفنية لمربي الماعز، وتقدير مؤشرات الكفاءة الاقتصادية وفقا للسعة الإنتاجية، ومقارنة مؤشرات الكفاءة الاقتصادية، وتحليل المخاطر الناجمة عن التغيرات في أهم المتغيرات الاقتصادية على الكفاءة الاقتصادية في إنتاج الماعز، واعتمد البحث على البيانات الإحصائية المنشورة من الإدارة المركزية للاقتصاد الزراعي والجهاز المركزي للتعبئة العامة والإحصاء ووزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضي وبيانات منظمة الأغذية والزراعة على شبكة المعلومات الدولية لكل منها وقاعدة بيانات البنك الدولي، كما تم الاستعانة بالعديد من المراجع والدراسات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، وتحقيق الأهداف البحث تم استخدام أسلوب التحليل الوصفي، والتحليل الكمي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام بعض الأساليب والنماذج الإحصائية، كما اعتمدت الباحثة على بيانات من عينة دراسة ميدانية من محافظة الشرقية بلغ حجمها 41 مزرعة منهم 21 مزرعة ذات السعة الإنتاجية الصغيرة، و15 مزرعة ذات السعة الإنتاجية المتوسطة، و5 مزارع ذات السعة الإنتاجية الكبيرة. وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث أن مؤشرات الكفاءة الاقتصادية وفقا للسعة الإنتاجية الصغيرة لمربي الماعز: بلغت قيمه إجمالي التكاليف للمربي حوالي ٦٤٥٢٦ جنيه، بلغت قيمة إجمالي التكاليف الكلية للرأس حوالي ٣٥٨٥ جنيه/ راس سنويا، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح لتلك السعة حوالي 386410 جنيه سنويا، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح السنوي للمربي ١٨٤٠٠ جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للرأس ١٠٢٢ جنيه، كما بلغت مؤشرات الكفاءة الاقتصادية وفقا للسعة الإنتاجية المتوسطة: بلغت قيمة إجمالي التكاليف للمربى حوالى 114936 جنيه، بلغت قيمة إجمالي التكاليف للرأس حوالي ٣٥٩٢ جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للسعة الإنتاجية الصغيرة حوالي 505770 جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للمربي 33718 جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للرأس ١٠٥٤ جنيه، وعن مؤشرات الكفاءة الاقتصادية وفقا للسعة الإنتاجية الكبيرة: بلغت قيمه إجمالي التكاليف الكلية للمربي حوالي ٢٠٧٩٣٠ جنيه، بلغت قيمة إجمالي التكاليف الكلية للرأس حوالي ٣٥٢٤ جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للسعة الكبيرة حوالي 632462 جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للمربي حوالي ٧٩٠٥٨ جنيه، بلغ متوسط صافي الربح للرأس حوالي 1340 جنيه.

The main objective of the research is the effect of production capacity on the profitability of goats in the eastern governorate, by estimating the technical transactions of goat breeders, estimating indicators of economic efficiency according to production capacity, comparing indicators of economic efficiency, and analyzing the risks resulting from changes in the most important economic variables on economic efficiency in production Goats, and the research was based on statistical data published by the Central Administration for Agricultural Economy, the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and the Food and Agriculture Organization’s data on each of them’s international information network and the World Bank’s database, and many references and studies related to the topic of the research were used. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis were used, in addition to using some statistical methods and models. The researcher also relied on data from a field study sample from Sharkia Governorate. The size of Haram reached 41 farms, including 21 farms of small production capacity, and 15 farms of medium production capacity, and 5 farms of large production capacity. The most important results of the research were that indicators of economic efficiency according to the small production capacity of goat keepers: the value of the total costs for the breeder was about 64,526 pounds, the value of the total costs of the head was about 3585 pounds / head annually, the average net profit for that capacity was about 386,410 pounds annually. The average annual net profit for the head was 18400 pounds, the average net profit for the head was 1022 pounds, and the indicators of economic efficiency according to the average production capacity: the value of the total costs for the breeder was about 114936 pounds, the value of the total costs for the head was about 3592 pounds, the average net profit for the capacity was 505770 small productivity about fairy. 4- The average net profit for the breeder was 33718 pounds, the average net profit for the head was 1054 pounds, and for indicators of economic efficiency according to the large production capacity: the value of the total total costs for the breeder was about 207930 pounds, the value of the total total costs for the head was about 3524 pounds, the average net profit for the large capacity was about About 632,462 pounds, the average net profit for the breeder was about 79058 pounds, and the average net profit for the head was about 1340 pounds.
