المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث التعرف على رأي زراع الأراضي الجديدة المبحوثين في كل من: أهمية الكفاءات المعرفية والفنية والسمات الشخصية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية مدفوعة الأجر، وأهمية المهام الوظيفية الواجب على المرشدين الزراعيين القيام بها لتقديم خدمة إرشادية مدفوعة الأجر، وتحديد العلاقة بين رأي زراع الأراضي الجديدة المبحوثين في كل من: أهمية الكفاءات المعرفية والفنية والسمات الشخصية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وأهمية المهام الوظيفية الواجب على المرشدين الزراعيين القيام بها لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وبين متغيراتهم الشخصية المدروسة. وتمثلت عينة البحث في 90 مبحوثا بنسبة 7.5% اختيروا عشوائيا من إجمالي زراع الأراضي الجديدة المبحوثين في قرية صديق المنشاوي بمحافظة سوهاج، وتم جمع البيانات بالمقابلة الشخصية باستخدام استمارات الاستبيان وأستخدم في عرض البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا النسب المئوية، والعرض الجدولي بالتكرار، ومربع كاى (x2)، ومعامل التوافق ومعامل الارتباط البسيط لبيرسون. وتمثلت أهم النتائج فيما يلي:- تبين أن ما يقرب من ثلثي المبحوثين (62.2%) يرون أن أهمية الكفاءات الفنية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر مهمة، وأن ما يقرب من نصف المبحوثين (45.6%) يرون أن أهمية الكفاءات المعرفية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر مهمة، وأن ما يقرب من ثلاث أرباع المبحوثين (72.2%) يرون أن أهمية السمات الشخصية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر مهمة، وأن ما يزيد نصف المبحوثين (57.8%) يرون أن أهمية المهام الوظيفية للمرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر قليلة الأهمية. كما تبين وجود علاقة بين رأي المبحوثين في أهمية الكفاءات الفنية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وبين بعض متغيراتهم المستقلة المدروسة وهي: السن، ومستوى التعليم، ونوع الحيازة الزراعية، ومساحة الحيازة الزراعية. وكذلك وجود علاقة بين رأي المبحوثين في أهمية الكفاءات المعرفية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وبين بعض متغيراتهم المستقلة المدروسة وهي: السن، والحالة الاجتماعية، ونوع الحيازة الزراعية، ومساحة الحيازة الزراعية، واقتناعهم بالخدمة الإرشادية الزراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وكذلك وجود علاقة بين رأي المبحوثين في أهمية السمات الشخصية الواجب توافرها في المرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وبين بعض متغيراتهم المستقلة المدروسة وهي: السن، والإقامة الدائمة بالقرية الجديدة، ومستوى التعليم، ونوع الحيازة الزراعية، ومساحة الحيازة الزراعية، واقتناعهم بالخدمة الإرشادية الزراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وأخيرا تبين وجود علاقة بين رأي المبحوثين في أهمية المهام الوظيفية للمرشدين الزراعيين لتقديم خدمة إرشادية زراعية مدفوعة الأجر، وبين بعض متغيراتهم المستقلة المدروسة وهي: السن، ومستوى التعليم، ونوع الحيازة الزراعية، ومساحة الحيازة الزراعية. وانتهى البحث بتقديم عدة توصيات يمكن أخذها في الاعتبار.

This Research aimed to identify the new territories farmers view of interviewees in importance: the importance of functional and cognitive competencies and the importance of personal attributes and functions should be available in agricultural extension service workers paid, and determine the relationship between New Territories farmers view of interviewees in the importance of both the importance of functional and cognitive competencies and personal characteristics and the importance of the functions of Agricultural Workers to provide Agricultural Extension Service paid, and the variable profile. Research sample consisted of 90 the hunted down by 7.5%, chosen at random from the new territories farmers total respondents in a village in Sohag minshawi, data were collected by personal interview using questionnaires and use in the presentation and analysis of statistical data the percentages, and tabular iterating, squared (x2), compatibility and correlation coefficient of Pearson. The most important findings are as follows:- Turns out that nearly two-thirds of respondents (62.2%) They see the importance of professional competencies required in Agricultural Workers, Agricultural Extension Service task and paid nearly half of respondents (45.6%) They see the importance of cognitive competencies required in Agricultural Workers provide Extension service paid Agricultural task, nearly three quarters of respondents (72.7%) They see the importance of personal characteristics required in Agricultural Workers provide indicative paid Agricultural Service mission, and more than half of the respondents (57.8%) They see the importance of the functions of Agricultural Workers to provide Agricultural Extension service paid low. It turns out there is a relationship between respondents felt the importance of professional competencies required in Agricultural Workers to provide Agricultural Quidance Service paid, and some independent variable studied: age, level of education and type of land tenure, and land tenure. As well as the relationship between respondents felt the importance of cognitive competencies required in agricultural workers, Agricultural Extension service paid, and some independent variable studied: age, marital status, type of land tenure, and Agricultural possession conviction paid Agricultural Extension Service, as well as a relationship between respondents view on the importance of personal characteristics required in Agricultural Workers, Agricultural Extension service paid, some thoughtful and independent variable: Age, permanent residence in the new village, level of education and type of land tenure, and Agricultural Possession conviction paid Agricultural Extension service, finally showing a relationship between respondents view on the importance of the functions of Agricultural Workers to provide Agricultural Extension service paid, and some independent variable studied: age, level of education and type of land tenure, and land tenure. The search ended by offering several recommendations should be taken into account.
