المستخلص: Foreign and local agriculture investment represented strong basic for developing Agriculture secant. it must be distributed according to it requires different agricultural sup – sectors, that investment in that sector increase its growth rate in agricultural sector, and achieved welfare socialist and economical for Egyptian society and agricultural society. The study aimed recombining for developing and trends total agricultural investment in its public private and total levels. It studies efficiency and determinants agricultural investment, and its affect on growth rate of agricultural sector. It also studies of classification situation for Egypt in in its possibility attraction foreign investment. The study achieved the following results: Firstly: each of variables national investment, agricultural investment, Gross Domestic product (GDP) and agricultural Gross Domestic product (AGDP) through period ( 2000/2001-2016/ 2017) had peen increasing trend, it significant, for these previous variables. Secondly: Current agricultural investments through period ( 2000/2001- 2016/2017) represented about 5.6%, 7.8%, 7.6%, 12.1%, 7.2%, 3.1%, 4.1%, 3.7% of total value of Current national investment that represented to 55.6, 125.1, 242.1, 350.9, 515.2, 1103.7, 1826.7, 5874.4 meliar Lauer Egypt insight plows through that period respectively. Thirdly: agricultural investment in Egypt had peen achieved efficiency in agricultural sector, with applied some indicators such as investment Rate, Return an investment, investment factor domesticating, investment Multiplier and condensation coefficient. Fourthly: the most important determinants an agricultural investment are both of the value of agricultural investments in previous year and the value of agricultural income in the some year that estimated. Fifthly: Egypt had been classificate, as normal in its risk, in agricultural investment and classified as average in its allocation foreign investment.

استهدفت الدراسة التعرف على تطور اتجاهات إجمالي قيمة الاستثمارات الزراعية سواء العام والخاص والإجمالي، خلال الفترة (2000/2001- 2016/2017)، وكذلك هيكل تلك الاستثمارات خلال الخطط الخمسية الثمانية للفترة (86/1987- 2021/2022) ودراسة كل من كفاءة ومحددات الاستثمارات الزراعية في مصر فضلا عن دراسة أثر الاستثمارات الزراعية في معدل نمو القطاع الزراعي وكذلك الوضع التصنيفي لمصر من خلال دراسة بعض معايير ومؤشرات دولية لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن كلا من متغيرات الاستثمارات القومية والاستثمارات الزراعية والناتج المحلي الإجمالي والناتج المحلي الزراعي خلال الفترة (2000/2001- 2016/2017) أخذت اتجاها عاما متزايدا بمعدلات سنوية مؤكدة إحصائيا بلغت نحو 224.3%، 9.1%، 12.8%، 12.7% من إجمالي قيمة تلك المتغيرات التي تبلغ حوالي 12.3، 4.5، 1049، 154.1 مليار جنية على الترتيب. وتحققت كفاءة الاستثمار الزراعي في مصر خلال الفترة (2000/2001- 2016/2017) باستخدام بعض معايير ومؤشرات تلك الكفاءة والمتمثلة في كل من: معدل الاستثمار الزراعي، العائد على الاستثمار الزراعي، معامل التوطن الزراعي، مضاعف الاستثمار، معامل التكثيف. وأن أهم محددات حجم الاستثمار الزراعي خلال الفترة (2000/2001- 2016/2017) تتمثل في إجمالي قيمة الاستثمار الزراعي في السنة السابقة، وقيمة الدخل الزراعي. كما تصنف مصر بالأداء المعتدل من بين الدول من حيث درجة المخاطرة والأداء المتوسط من حيث جاذبيتها للاستثمارات.
