المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مفهوم الانتماء وخطواته وأبعاده، ومعرفة مستوى الشعور بالانتماء والمواطنة لدى الشباب المصري، والتعرف على أهم طرق بناء الانتماء وتكوينه لدى تلاميذ المدارس وطلاب الجامعة، وكذلك تحديد ورصد طرق علاج ظاهرة عدم الانتماء بطرق غير تقليدية، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث أعدت عدد (٤) استمارات استبيان لبيان "مظاهر عدم الانتماء والمواطنة لدى الشباب المصري وكيفية تعديلها بطرق غير تقليدية "دراسة مطبقة على التلاميذ والطلبة- بمدينة الإسكندرية، وتكونت عينة البحث من عينة عشوائية من تلاميذ وتلميذات المدارس الابتدائية والإعدادية والثانوية من منطقتي المنتزه وسموحه بالإسكندرية، بعدد عينة من كل مدرسة (١٠٠) مفرده، بإجمالي (٣٠٠)، مفردة، وكذلك طلبة وطالبات مجمع الكليات بجامعة الإسكندرية، حيث تم أخذ عينة عشوائية من كليات "الآداب- التجارة- الحقوق- التربية- السياحة والفنادق"، بعدد (٢٥) طالب وطالبة من كل كلية، بإجمالي عدد عينة (125) طالب وطالبة، بحيث يصبح إجمالي عدد العينة (٤٢٥) مفردة، وأظهر البحث النتائج والتوصيات التالية: أولا: النتائج: 1- اتضح أن على الأسرة جانب كبير من تعليم أولادها الانتماء للوطن. 2- تبين أن المدرسة تساعد الأسرة في بناء الانتماء. 3- اتضح أن الأصدقاء تساعد في بناء ثقافة الحوار. 4- تبين أنه يجب عدم مشاركة أعداء بلدي في نشر الشائعات. 5- اتضح انه يجب عدم متابعة المواقع التي تنشر الشائعات. ثانيا: التوصيات: 1- تنشيط التبادل الثقافي بين الكليات والجامعات. 2- ضرورة تنشيط التبادل الثقافي بين جميع المدارس. 3- ضرورة تضمين قيمة الانتماء في المناهج الدراسية. 4- تشجيع الطلاب على المشاركة في المناسبات القومية. 5- عقد ندوات تستعرض أهمية التسامح ودوره في بناء المجتمع.

The aim of the current research is to identify the concept of belonging, its steps and dimensions, to know the level of the feeling of belonging and citizenship among Egyptian youth, to identify the most important methods of building and forming belonging among schoolchildren and university students, as well as identifying and monitoring methods of treating the phenomenon of non-affiliation in non-traditional ways, In order to achieve the objectives of the research, a number of (4) questionnaire forms were prepared to clarify “the manifestations of lack of affiliation and citizenship among Egyptian youth and how to amend them in non-traditional ways.” A study applied to pupils and students- in the city of Alexandria. And allow him in Alexandria, with a sample number from each school (100), singular, with a total of (300), single, As well as the male and female students of the Faculties Complex at Alexandria University, where a random sample was taken from the Faculties of "Arts- Commerce- Law- Education- Tourism and Hotels", with (25) male and female students from each college, with a total sample number (125) male and female students, so that it becomes a total The sample number is (425) single. The research revealed the following results and recommendations: First: Results: 1- It turns out that a large part of the education of their children is required by the family to belong to the homeland. 2- It was found that the school helps the family in building belonging. 3- It turns out that friends help build a culture of dialogue. 4- It was found that the enemies of my country should not participate in spreading rumors. 5- It turns out that the sites that spread rumors should not be followed. Second: Recommendations: 1- Activating cultural exchange between colleges and universities. 2- The need to stimulate cultural exchange between all schools. 3- The need to include the value of belonging in the school curriculum. 4- Encouraging students to participate in national events. 5- Holding seminars reviewing the importance of tolerance and its role in building society.
