المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على أهمية التطريز اليدوي ومجالات استخدامه، وتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل في إعداد كوادر فنية مدربة في مجال التطريز اليدوي وكذلك الاستمتاع بالعملية التعليمية وتعدد وسائلها وهذا من سمات التعليم الفعال، كما يهدف البحث إلى تصميم برنامج مقترح للاستفادة من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي (تطبيق الWhat Sapp) لتعلم فن التطريز اليدوي عن بعد وكذلك التعرف على أهم المميزات المكتسبة لهذا النوع من التعليم سواء كانت (تعليمية- اجتماعية- اقتصادية)، وقد استخدم هذا البحث المنهج الوصفي التجريبي، وذلك بغرض التعرف على مدى فعالية البرنامج التدريبي لتعلم التطريز اليدوي عن طريق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تطبيق الواتساب (What Sapp)، وتتكون عينة البحث من عينة قصدية من المجتمع وقوامها (20) متدربة كمجموعة تجريبية، وقد اشتملت الدراسة على برنامج تعليمي يشمل موضوعات الدورة وأدوات قياس لتحديد المستوى المهارى والمعرفي القبلي والبعدي للمتدربات، فقد تم بناء اختبار معرفي قبلي وبعدي كأداة مقياس، كذلك شمل البرنامج على اختبار مهاري قبلي وبعدي كأداة لقياس المهارات القبلية والبعدية لمواضيع البرنامج للمتدربات، ومن خلال الدراسة والمناقشة تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية وهي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بالنسبة للاختبار المعرفي والمهارى القبلي والبعدي لصالح الاختبار البعدي مما يؤكد على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي، ومن أهم التوصيات إنتاج برامج مشابهة لهذا النوع من التدريب، بالإضافة إلى تدريب المتخصصين على تصميم البرامج من خلال استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

The research is concerned with the importance of shedding light on the importance of hand embroidery and the areas of its use, in addition to meeting the needs of the labor market in preparing technical cadres trained in the field of manual embroidery as well as. enjoying the educational process and the multiplicity of its methods and these features of effective education, and the research aims to design a proposed program to benefit from social media (the application of (What Sapp to learn the art of manual embroidery from a distance, well as identifying the most important advantages gained for this type of education, whether (instructional- social- economic) in addition to determining the effectiveness of the proposed training course in the acquisition of trainees the skill of manual embroidery, and this research used the descriptive approach Experimental due to the nature of the research and its objectives, in order to identify the effectiveness of a training program for learning manual embroidery through social media (What Sapp) application, and the descriptive approach was used to describe and explain the stitches on the trainees, methods of collecting scientific material have varied and diversified Through the use the Internet or mobile phone. Where this research aimed to introduce an educational method for learning the art of hand embroidery through the use of social media to measure the effectiveness of a training program to learn the art of hand embroidery by applying (what Sapp) in the cognitive and skill aspects of the art of hand embroidery, and the sample consisted of an intentional sample from Society and its strength (20) are trained as an experimental group, where they studied the skill of manual embroidery by means of a training program using a method of social media (What Sapp the study included an educational program that includes course topics and measuring tools to determine the skill and knowledge level before and after the trainees, they have been Building a pre and post cognitive test as a measure tool consisting of (20) items that varied between multiple choice items, right and wrong paragraphs, where right and wrong are determined by the trainee, and the program also included a pre and post skill test as a measure tool to measure the tribal and dimensional skills of the topics of the program for the trainees, Through the study and discussion, the following results were reached, which is the formation of a positive trend among the sample members on the social media program, What Sapp in the development of skills.
