المستخلص: أهداف البحث: 1. بناء مقياس للكفايات المهنية لعينة البحث من منظور الجودة الشاملة. 2. إيجاد العلاقة بين مقياس الكفايات المهنية وتقدير الذات لدى عينة البحث من منظور الجودة الشاملة. 3. إيجاد العلاقة بين مقياس الكفايات المهنية ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة البحث من منظور الجودة الشاملة. 4. إيجاد العلاقة بين مقياس تقدير الذات ودافعية الإنجاز لدى عينة البحث من منظور الجودة الشاملة. منهج البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة أولا: الأستخلاصات: في ضوء تساؤلات البحث وأهدافه وفي حدود عينة البحث والأدوات المستخدمة وعرض مناقشة النتائج يمكن استخلاص ما يلي: 1-وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد مقياس الكفايات المهنية ومقياس تقدير الذات مـن منظور الجودة الشاملة. 2 -وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين أبعاد مقياس الكفايات المهنية ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز نحو العمل من منظور الجودة الشاملة. ثانيا: التوصيات: في حدود الدراسة الحالية وانطلاقا مما تشير إليه النتائج توصى الباحثة بما يلي: 1-تطوير برامج التأهيل الخاصة بالمدربين والحكام والإداريين من قبل الاتحاد المصري للجودو والايكيدو والسومو. 2-الاهتمام بمسألة الإرشاد والتوجيه للمدربين والحكام والإداريين وتوجيههم تربويا ومهنيا من متخصصين في الإرشاد والتوجيه لمساعدتهم في رفع مستويات طموحاتهم المهنية والأكاديمية أكثر مما هي عليه الآن

Research aims: 1. Building a scale of professional competencies for the research sample from the perspective of total quality. 2. Finding the relationship between the professional competence scale and the self-esteem of the research sample from the perspective of total quality. 3. Finding the relationship between the professional competence scale and the achievement motivation of the research sample from the perspective of total quality. 4. Finding the relationship between the self-esteem scale and the achievement motivation of the research sample from the perspective of total quality. Research Methodology The researcher used the descriptive method due to its relevance to the nature of this study First, the conclusions: In light of the research questions and objectives and within the limits of the research sample and the tools used and the presentation of the discussion of the results, the following can be concluded: 9There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the professional competency scale and the self-esteem scale from the perspective of total quality. 1- There is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the professional competency scale and the achievement motivation scale towards work from the perspective of total quality. Second: Recommendations: Within the limits of the current study and based on what the results indicate, the researcher recommends the following: 1- Development of qualification programs for coaches, referees and administrators by the Egyptian Federation of Judo, Aikido and Sumo. 2- Paying attention to the issue of guidance and direction for coaches, referees and administrators and guiding them educationally and professionally from specialists in guidance and direction to help them raise the levels of their professional and academic aspirations more than they are now.
