المستخلص: The study aimed to identify the effect of a rehabilitation program on the level of some functional variables of those affected by changing the artificial knee joint. The researcher used the experimental approach for the two groups, one experimental and the other control, and conducting pre-post measurements for both of them in order to suit the nature of the research and to achieve its goals and assumptions. The research sample was chosen in an intentional way. People with severe knee erosion, which led to an artificial joint fitting surgery, and those who are frequenting the rehabilitation and physical therapy unit at Mubarak Al-Kabeer Hospital in the State of Kuwait. The sample strength reached (8) from those whose ages ranged from (48) to (65). Injured as an exploratory sample, so the research sample became (8) injured, and the moderation of data was confirmed in each of (age - height - weight - physical condition), and among the most important results were the improvement in the level of muscle strength of the muscles working on the affected knee joint compared to the healthy limb and the improvement of the range of motion Compared to the healthy party.
