المستخلص: The research aims to design a cognitive scale to measure the level of achievement of table tennis players in the cognitive aspects, the research question was: Does the proposed cognitive scale measure the cognitive aspects of table tennis players in Kuwait? The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of this research, and the researcher selected a sample, by deliberate method, for a sample of 200 players representing Kuwait clubs, Standard levels of the cognitive scale, through which it is possible to identify the level of players in different clubs.
