يهدف هذا البحث بشكل متواضع وصف وفهم وتعريف وتحليل مفهوم الاعتراف بعمل الأطباء من قبل المسؤولين- للمؤسسة الاستشفائية الجامعية CHU خليل عمران بجاية. في هذا السياق، سنحاول فهم كيف يمكن تصور هذا الاعتراف وتعزيزه داخل المؤسسة بحيث يصبح منظورا يمثل أخلاقيات مهنة الطب لتحقيق أهدافنا، أجرينا مقابلات مع الأطباء في المستشفى. أظهر لنا هذا الاستطلاع أن توقعات الاعتراف بعمل الأطباء قد انخفضت بشكل خاص من حيث المكافآت والعلاقات الشخصية. This modestly research offers the description, understanding, identification and analysis of the concept of recognition at work of doctors by the hierarchical superiors of the public health establishment (CHU Khalil Amrane de Bejaia). In this context, we will try to understand how this recognition is conceivable and promoted within the establishment so that it becomes a perspective that represents medical ethics. To achieve our objectives, we conducted interviews with the doctors at the hospital. This survey has shown us that recognition expectations are particularly relevant in terms of rewards and interpersonal relationships. Cette recherche propose modestement la description, la compréhension, l’identification et l’analyse du concept de la reconnaissance au travail des médecins par les supérieurs hiérarchiques de l’établissement de santé publique -CHU Khalil Amrane de Bejaia. Nous essayerons dans ce cadre de comprendre comment cette reconnaissance est concevable et promue à l’intérieur de l’établissement pour qu’elle devienne une perspective qui représente l’éthique médicale. Pour atteindre nos objectifs nous avons réalisé des entretiens auprès des médecins de l'hôpital. Cette enquête nous a montré que les attentes de reconnaissance se déclinent notamment en matière récompenses et relations interpersonnelles. |
