المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى وضع نموذج مقترح لإنشاء لمركز نظم معلومات الاقتصاد الرياضي بجمهورية مصر العربية لدعم أطراف الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي -دراسات مسحية وتحليلية ودراسة الحالة، وقد اختار الباحث عينة عمدية طبقية بلغ عددها (48) مفردة من فئات مجتمع البحث وهم "الأكاديميين في تطبيقات الإدارة (إدارة الهيئات/ الاقتصاد/ نظم المعلومات) وعددهم (27)، والقائمين على إدارة ملف الاستثمار الرياضي (وزارة الشباب والرياضة/وزارة الاستثمار) وعددهم (21)"، استخدم الباحث الاستبيان (استبيان نموذج مقترح لإنشاء مركز نظم معلومات الاقتصاد الرياضي) كأداة لجمع البيانات، ومن أهم النتائج التوصل إلى النموذج المقترح لإنشاء مركز نظم معلومات الاقتصاد الرياضي بجمهورية مصر العربية.

The research aimed to establishing Sports Economy Information Systems Center in Arab Republic of Egypt by specifying (Conceptual Framework/ the Contribution of the Center in supporting the Sports Investors/ the Requirements/ the Obstacles), the Researcher used the descriptive approach (survey, analytical and case studies). The researchers’ community is represented by (Academics in management applications "Managing sports departments, economics and information systems/ officials of the sports investment file "Ministry of Youth and Sports and Ministry of Investment"). The Researcher chose stratified nonrandom sample of (48) individuals of community classes (21/27), also he used the questionnaire as a method to collect data. The most important findings of the research are to determine the Conceptual Framework (definition/ vision/ mission/ objectives/ majors/ dependency) of Sports Economy Information Systems Center, its contributions in supporting sports investors, and the requirements for its establishment including (legal/ material/ technical/ human “structuring human resources”/ databases/ work procedures “operations” requirements), to identify the obstacles that may hinder (delay) its establishment including (legal / administrative / technical / financing obstacles), and to develop a proposed model for establishment of Sports Economy Information Systems Center consisting of four parts (the reasons for the proposed model/ the Conceptual Framework of Sports Economy Information Systems Center/ challenges facing its establishment/ stages of its establishment).
