المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على الممارسات المهنية لأخصائي الترويح الرياضي العامل في مجال الإعاقة وفقا لبعض المتغيرات (نوع الجنس، الوظيفة، نوع الإعاقة، سنوات الخبرة) للعاملين في المجال. وتم استخدم المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي وذلك لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث. ويتمثل مجتمع البحث في مقدمي خدمات الترويح للأفراد ذوي الإعاقة بجمهورية مصر العربية من (الأخصائيين الرياضيين العاملين بمراكز الشباب والأندية التابعة لوزارة الشباب والرياضة ومعلمين التربية البدنية وأعضاء ومعاوني هيئة التدريس بكليات التربية الرياضية). وكانت عينة البحث (١٤٣) فردا وقد اشتملت على (٦٠) من الأخصائيين الرياضيين، (35) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم من بعض كليات التربية الرياضية بالجامعات المصرية، (٤٨) معلما للتربية البدنية، وتم اختيار أفراد العينة بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية. وكان من أهم الاستنتاجات لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية وفقا لمتغيرات البحث (نوع الجنس، الوظيفة، نوع الإعاقة، سنوات الخبرة) في الممارسات المهنية لأخصائي الترويح الرياضي العامل في مجال ذوي الإعاقة فيما يرتبط بعمليات الإعداد أو التنفيذ أو التقويم لوحدات ممارسة أوجه نشاط الترويح الرياضي وأيضا فيما يرتبط بالأعمال الإدارية التي يجب القيام بها لتفعيل تلك الممارسات المهنية، وذلك وفقا لرأي عينة البحث. وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة الاهتمام بتطوير برامج الإعداد المهني لأخصائي الترويح الرياضي العاملين في مجال ذوي الإعاقة للارتقاء بالممارسات المهنية، تصميم دليل للممارسات المهنية للأخصائيين العاملين في مجال الترويح الرياضي مع الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة، الاهتمام بإجراء البحوث والدراسات العلمية في مجال الممارسات المهنية للأخصائيين العاملين في مجال الترويح الرياضي مع الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة وفقا لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، تبادل الخبرات والمعلومات والمستحدثات العلمية مع الدول المتقدمة في مجال الإعداد المهني للأخصائيين العاملين في مجال الترويح الرياضي مع الأفراد ذوي الإعاقة.

"The research aims to identify the professional practices of the sports recreation specialist working in the field of disability according to some variables (gender, occupation, type of disability, years of experience) for workers in the field. The descriptive approach was used using the survey method due to its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community is represented in the providers of recreation services for individuals with disabilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt (sports specialists working in youth centers and clubs of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, physical education teachers, members and assistants of the teaching staff in the faculties of physical education). The research sample consisted of (143) individuals, including (60) sports specialists, (35) faculty members and their assistants from some faculties of physical education in Egyptian universities, (and 48) physical education teachers. The sample members were selected by stratified random method. One of the most important conclusions was that there were no statistically significant differences according to the research variables (gender, occupation, type of disability, years of experience) in the professional practices of a sports recreation specialist working in the field of people with disabilities in relation to the preparation, implementation or evaluation of units of practice aspects of sports recreation activity and also with regard to the administrative work that must be carried out to activate these professional practices, according to the opinion of the research sample. The researchers recommended the need to pay attention to the development of professional preparation programs for sports recreation specialists working in the field of people with disabilities to improve professional practices, design a guide for professional practices for specialists working in the field of sports recreation with individuals with disabilities, and pay attention to conducting scientific research and studies in the field of professional practices for specialists working in the field of sports recreation with individuals with disabilities according to some demographic variables, exchanging experiences, information and scientific innovations with developed countries in the field of professional training for specialists working in the field of sports recreation with individuals with disabilities.
