المستخلص: لقد ظهر في أوقات متعددة نبرة التكفير بالذنب والحكم على المؤمنين بالكفر لمجرد الذنب، مما يزعزع استقرار المجتمعات الإسلامية، لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لبيان موقف أهل السنة من هذه القضية، وأن أرباب هذا الفكر ليسوا من أهل السنة في شيء. وقد جاء البحث في مقدمة وتمهيد وفصلين وخاتمة. في المقدمة ذكرت الخطة العامة للبحث وبينت أن الحديث في هذا الموضوع سيكون من خلال وجهة نظر كل من الأشاعرة والماتريدية أهم أهل السنة والجماعة، وفي التمهيد ذكرت أهمية الموضوع وضرورة البحث فيه لخطورة هذه القضية وأثرها البالغ على المجتمعات الإسلامية. وفي الفصل الأول ذكرت موقف السادة الأشاعرة من عصاة المؤمنين. وبدأت الحديث فيه عن علاقة الشفاعة بموضوع البحث من خلال جواز غفران غير الكفر، وبينت أن محل الخلاف إنما في مرتكب الكبيرة الذي مات ولم يتب من ذنبه، وأن مذهب أهل السنة فيه أنه مفوض إلى المشيئة، ثم تحدثت عن انقسام الذنوب إلى صغائر وكبائر، وبينت المذاهب في ذلك، وبينت حكم التوبة وشروطها في الصغائر والكبائر، وحكم التوبة عند الغرغرة، وعدم انتقاض التوبة بالذنب الجديد، ومحل الخلاف في قبول التوبة وأنه في غير الكفر، أما توبة الكفر فمقبولة قطعا بلا خلاف. وفي الفصل الثاني تحدثت عن موقف السادة الماتريدية من عصاة المؤمنين، فتحدثت عن مقترف الكبيرة أسمه وحكمه بين أهل الحق وغيرهم، وناقشت أدلة الخوارج والمعتزلة على موقفهم من صاحب الكبيرة، ثم بينت دليل أهل السنة على ما ذهبوا إليه، ثم ناقشت قول الخوارج في قولهم بعموم الوعيد، وذكرت الفرق بين الفاسق المطلق والفاسق المطيع. ثم ذكرت الرد على المعتزلة والخوارج في تعميمهم الوعيد. وختمت ببيان الفرق بين الكفر وغيره عند الأشاعرة والماتريدية. وأخيرا الخاتمة، وتحدثت فيها عن أهم النتائج والتوصيات. منهج البحث: المنهج التكاملي (الاستقرائي-التحليلي – النقدي -المقارن)

The research was presented, prefaced, separated and finalized. In the introduction, I mentioned the general plan for research and indicated that the talk on this subject will be through the point of view of both the poets and the most important Sunnis and the community, and in the preface mentioned the importance of the topic and the need to discuss it because of the seriousness of this issue and its great impact on Muslim societies. In the first chapter, I mentioned the position of the poets from the stick of the believers. She began to talk about the relationship of intercession to the subject of research through the passport of forgiveness other than disbelief, and indicated that the subject of disagreement is in the perpetrator of the great who died and did not repent of his sin, and that the doctrines of the Sunnis in it are delegated to will, and then talked about the division of sins into small and big, and showed the doctrines in this, and showed the ruling of repentance and its conditions in the small and the sins, and the ruling of repentance at the time of the gargoy, and the failure to receive repentance with new guilt, and the place of disagreement in accepting repentance and its conditions in small and non- blasphemous, but The repentance of disbelief is absolutely uncontroversial. In the second chapter, I talked about the position of the Masters of the Believers, so I talked about the perpetrator of the great name and his rule between the people of truth and others, and discussed the evidence of the Kharijites and mu'tazila on their position on the owner of the great, and then showed the evidence of the Sunnis on what they went to, and then discussed the saying of the Kharijites in their words in general consciousness, and mentioned the difference between the absolute punk and the obedient punk. She then mentioned the response to the Mu'tazila and the Kharijites in their generalization of consciousness. She concluded by explaining the difference between disbelief and others when poets and matridis. Finally, she spoke about the most important findings and recommendations.
