يعد كتاب (الكافية) لابن الحاجب من المتون النحوية المميزة التي تسابق العلماء على شرحها. وكان ممن ساهم في هذا المجال عبد العزيز بن جمعة الموصلي الذي اشتهر من خلال كتابه (شرح ألفية ابن معطي)، إلا أنه بعد خروج كتابه (شرح كافية ابن الحاجب)، وبعد قراءتي لهذا الشرح وإمعاني النظر في مواقفه فيه وخصوصا من المصنف لفت انتباهي ما فيه من اعتداد ظاهر، وحضور متميز، وبعد عن التقليد، بل حرص على الاجتهاد، والابتكار وهو حضور - فيما يبدو لي - أظهر من حضوره في كتابه (شرح ألفية ابن معطي)، إذ جعل فيه عصارة فكره، وكشف عن عقلية فذة، واعتداد بالفكر، وسعة في الاطلاع تجلت في كثرة مناقشاته، وجرأته في الطرح، فكان يصف هذا بالضعف، وذلك بالفساد أو البطلان قارنا حكمه بالدليل والتعليل. كل ذلك حفزني على اختياره. لذا رأيت أن أسلط الضوء على مواقفه من صاحب المتن، فعرضتها مرتبة حسب ورودها في الشرح، ووضعت عنوانا للمسألة محط الدراسة. وجعلتها أصلا تنطلق منه. ووازنت بين موقفه ومن تابعه أو سبقه إليه والمواقف الأخرى من الرأي نفسه، وذلك بعرض الحجج النقلية والعقلية كالمسموع عن الفصحاء، والقياس والتعليل، وما يتصل بذلك من أمور تعين على الترجيح كالمعنى وموافقته له، وأحكام الكلام وجريانه على قواعد العرب في كلامهم، وتتبعت الاعتراض تتبعا تاريخيا يكشف مدى إفادة المتأخرين من المتقدمين. وناقشت الأصول التي احتكم إليها في ردوده. وحاولت الوقوف على أبرز السمات في اعتراضاته. وبيان مدى موضوعيته في كثير من جوانب تفكيره في تطبيقاته وأصوله. كما قمت بما يحتاجه ما يرد في هذا البحث من عزو، وتخريج، وتوثيق للآراء والأقوال بردها إلى مصادرها الأصيلة ما لم يتعذر وجودها، وضبط ما يحتاج إلى ضبط. وأتبعت ذلك بخاتمة ضمنتها خلاصة البحث، ويليها فهارس فنية تعين القارئ على الوصول إلى بغيته. فأرجو أن أكون قد وفقت في عرض ومناقشة اعتراضات ابن جمعة على ابن الحاجب في شرحه لــ (كافيته)، وإبراز علمه، والوفاء بحقه.
The Book (Al-Kafia) for Ibn Hajib is considered one of the distinguished Grammar Text Books that the Islamic scholars raced to give commentaries. One of those who contributed in this field was name of Abdulaziz Juma Al-Mausali who became more famous with his book (Commentary on Alfiah for Ibn Muti) but after coming out his book (Kafia's Commentary for Ibn Hajib) and as I read this commentary and had a close look on his stands in the book especially from the author, I made my mind to find out its obvious consideration, excellent presentation as he did not follow the traditional methods rather he showed his keenness for creation and invention in his presentation which - to me - is more clear in comparison to his presentation of his book (Commentary on Alfiah for Ibn Muti) as he has provided extract of his theory, showing his great mind, great thought and vast knowledge which became clear during his arguments and his dare to raising questions and his specification that this is weak, null or wrong comparing to his judgment authenticated by proofs and reasons. All these motivated me to choose this subject. Therefore, I found it suitable to throw a light on the stands of the author of texts book so I tried to present it arranged as it was available in the commentary and fixed subjects for the issue to its place of study and I made it like original using the same methods. I compared between his stands and the other stands that were expressed before or later of the same opinion to present traditional and rational arguments as narrated by literary scholars, justification, giving reasons and the things which take to determine a preferred thing and laws of language complying with Arab's Laws used in the language. I presented the objections historically which discloses the extend of getting benefits of modern authors from old authors and discussed the original texts which they commented for objectionsl. I tried to find out the most obvious attributes in this objections and explained the extend of their objectivity from the aspects of his thought, applications and principles. I make necessary attribution, explanation and authentication of opinions and views from their original sources as long as it was possible and making the necessary vowelization. I finally in the end of the book included an abstract of the research followed by a technical indexes which would help the readers to reach his destination. I hope that I have been success to present and discuss the comments and objections of Ibn Juma on Ibn Hajib in his commentary for (Kafia) and to disclose his knowledge and fulfill my work dutifully.
