المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث دراسة واختبار القدرة التنافسية للشركات المدرجة في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة المصري؛ وذلك من خلال دراسة واختبار العلاقة بين إدراج الشركة في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة والقدرة التنافسية (قيمة المنشأة، ربحية المنشأة، ومعدل نمو المبيعات) في الشركات المساهمة المصرية؛ وذلك على عينة مكونة من 30 شركة مستمرة في الإدراج في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة كمجموعة تجريبية بما يعادل 75% من إجمالي الشركات المدرجة في المؤشر خلال فترة البحث التي بلغت (٤٠) شركة، 21 شركة غير مدرجه في المؤشر كمجموعة ضابطة من الشركات المساهمة المسجلة في سوق الأوراق المالية، خلال الفترة (2017-2020) بالاعتماد على برنامج Eviews 09 لأغراض التحليل الإحصائي. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة معنوية بين كل من ربحية وقيمة الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة وغير المدرجة لصالح الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر المستدامة، وهو ما أكدته نتائج الانحدار من وجود علاقة إيجابية بين الإدراج في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة وربحية وقيمة المنشأة كمقياس للقدرة التنافسية، بينما لا يوجد فروق بين معدل نمو المبيعات الشركات المدرجة وغير المدرجة؛ وهو ما أكده نتائج الانحدار من عدم وجود علاقة بين الإدراج في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة ومعدل نمو المبيعات كمقياس للقدرة التنافسية. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى أن إدراج الشركة في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة تعتبر أداة لزيادة القدرة التنافسية للشركات من خلال الأثر الإيجابي لإدراج الشركات في مؤشر التنمية المستدامة على ربحية وقيمة المنشأة.

This research aimed to study and test the competitiveness of companies listed in the Egyptian sustainable development index, by studying and testing the relationship between the company's inclusion in the sustainable development index and competitiveness (Firm value, Firm profitability, and sales growth rate) in Egyptian Listed companies, on a sample consisting of 30 companies continue to be included in the sustainable development index as an experimental group, which amounted to (40) companies, 21 companies not listed in the index as a control group of joint stock companies registered in the stock market, over the period (20 17-2020) based on Eviews 09 for statistical analysis purposes. The results of the research showed that there were significant differences between the profitability and value of companies listed in the sustainable development index and unlisted in favor of companies listed in the sustainable development index, which was confirmed by the regression results of a positive relationship between inclusion in the sustainable development index and the profitability and value of the facility as a measure of ability competitiveness. While there are no differences between the sales growth rate of listed and unlisted companies, which was confumed by the regression results from the absence of a relationship between inclusion in the sustainable development index and the sales growth rate as a measure of competitiveness. The results of the research indicated that inclusion of the company in the sustainable development index is a tool to increase the competitiveness of companies through the positive impact of including companies in the sustainable development index on the profitability and value of the firm.
