المستخلص: Praise be to Allaah solely, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his relative and companions in general. This research discusses the place of women consultation and seeking their opinion in light of the Glorious Qur‘an through an objective study. This study aims at mentioning the beautiful instances and elegant examples of the men relationship with women among the past nations, and this include men consulting women and approving their opinion on several worldly affairs, it also aims at revealing the role and position of women in the society, and it aims also at refuting the misconception of some unauthentic narrations from the Prophet –peace and blessing upon him- which may point to the impermissibility of seeking the opinion of women. I followed the inductive descriptive approach in this research, and I divided the research into an introduction, a preface, four topics, a conclusion and indexes. As for the first topic: I discussed there the importance of consultation, and the second topic: I discussed men consulting women, and in the third topic: I discussed men seeking the advice of women, and in the fourth topic: I mentioned samples from the application of men seeking the advice of women; then I concluded the research by mentioning the important findings and recommendations reached through, including: 1. Whoever considers the topic of consultation and the objective behind it will find out that it is a legitimate human necessity which is indispensable for every nation. 2. Islam reinforced the doctrine of consultation, as it commands it and encourages it and deems it among the attributes of the believers. 3. Consultation has its unique significance in Islam as it is one of its doctrines, and a noble objective among its objectives. 4. The importance consulting women, especially if she is known for wisdom and good coordination, guided opinion and insight, there exists several women whose thought are weighty than those of many men. 5. Consulting women is a Sharī’ah way within the boundaries of her peculiarity and the strength of her capability.

الحمد لله وحده، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين وبعد. يتناول هذا البحث موضع استشارة النساء والأخذ بمشورتهن في ضوء القرآن الكريم دراسة موضوعية، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى ذكر صور حسنة ونماذج مشرقة من حسن معاملة الرجال للنساء في الأمم السابقة، ومن ذلك استشارة النساء للرجال وقبول مشورتهن والأخذ برأيهن في شتى أمور الحياة المختلفة، كما يهدف إلى إبراز دور ومكانة النساء في المجتمع، ويهدف أيضا إلى الرد على الفهم الخاطئ لما روي من أحاديث لا تصح عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والتي تشير إلى عدم جواز الأخذ برأي النساء. وقد سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي؛ وقسمت البحث إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وأربعة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهارس، فأما المبحث الأول: فتحدثت فيه عن أهمية الاستشارة، وأما المبحث الثاني: فتحدثت فيه عن استشارة النساء للرجال، وأما المبحث الثالث: فتحدثت فيه عن مشورة النساء للرجال، وأما المبحث الرابع: فذكرت فيه نماذج من تطبيقات مشورة النساء للرجال؛ ثم ختمت البحث بذكر أهم النتائج والتوصيات التي توصلت إليها، ومنها: 1.إن الناظر إلى موضوع الاستشارة والمقصد منها يجد أنها ضرورة شرعية وبشرية لا غنى لأمة عنها. 2.عزز الإسلام مبدأ الاستشارة، فأمر بها وحث عليها وجعلها من صفات أهل الإيمان. 3.للاستشارة أهميتها في الإسلام فهي مبدأ من مبادئه، ومقصد كري من مقاصده. 4.أهمية استشارة النساء وخاصة إذا كانت المرأة معروفة بالحكمة في التدبير وسداد الرأي ونور البصيرة، فكم من النساء يزن بعقولهن كثيرا من عقول الرجال. 5.استشارة النساء منهج شرعي وفق حدود اختصاصها وطاقتها وقدرتها.
