المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مدى إلمام طالبات الدراسات العليا بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية بأخلاقيات التعامل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي في ضوء شرعة أخلاقيات العلوم والتكنولوجيا الصادرة عن اليونسكو، كما هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر بعض المتغيرات في تحديد مدى إلمام الطالبات بتلك الأخلاقيات. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي. وقد تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع طالبات الدراسات العليا في قسم أصول التربية، وعددهن (83) طالبة. أما عن أبرز نتائج البحث فمنها: أن طالبات الدراسات العليا بقسم أصول التربية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية موافقات بشدة على مدى إلمامهن بأخلاقيات التعامل مع الذكاء الاصطناعي في ضوء شرعة أخلاقيات العلوم والتكنولوجيا الصادرة عن اليونسكو بمتوسط (4.70 من 5)، واتضح من النتائج أيضا أن إلمام الطالبات بأخلاقيات نقل وتوطين تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي جاء بالمرتبة الأولى، يليها إلمامهن بأخلاقيات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي، وأخيرا جاء إلمامهن بأخلاقيات إنتاج الذكاء الاصطناعي بالمرتبة الثالثة. ومن النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0,05) فأقل في اتجاهات مفردات الدراسة حول محاور الاستبانة وأبعادها، والمسؤوليات الأخلاقية المتعلقة بالجهات ذات العلاقة تعود لاختلاف متغير التخصص الدقيق والمستوى الدراسي، مع وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية حول بعض المحاور والمسؤوليات الأخلاقية تعود لاختلاف متغير المرحلة الدراسية لصالح الدكتوراه

The research aims to identify the extent to which female postgraduate students at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University are familiar with the ethics of dealing with artificial intelligence in the light of the Law of Ethics for Science and Technology issued by UNESCO, the research also aims to identify the impact of some variables in determining the extent to which students are familiar with these ethics. And to achieve the objectives of the research, the study utilizes the descriptive survey approach. And the research community consisted of all female postgraduate students in the Educational Foundations Department, and their number was (83) students. As for the most prominent results of the research: The female postgraduate students in the Educational Foundations Department at Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University strongly agreed on the extent of their knowledge of the ethics of dealing with artificial intelligence in the light of the Law of Ethics for Science and Technology issued by UNESCO with an average of (4.70 out of 5), and it was also clear from the results that the students' knowledge of the ethics of transferring and localizing artificial intelligence technology came first, followed by their knowledge of the ethics of using artificial intelligence, and finally, their knowledge of the ethics of artificial intelligence production ranked third. Among the results, there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) or less in the study vocabulary trends about the axes and dimensions of the questionnaire and the ethical responsibilities related to the relevant authorities due to the difference in the exact specialization variable and the academic level, with the presence of statistically significant differences on some axes and ethical responsibilities due to the difference in the academic stage variable in favor of the Ph.D.
