المستخلص: تنطلق الدراسة من جائحة كورونا للنظر في كيفية تعاطي القنوات الفضائية الليبية مع الأزمات العالمية في عصر رقمي تتدفق فيه المعرفة بوتيرة لم يشهدها العالم من قبل وتعد القنوات الفضائية قد كسرت كل الحواجز بين الشعوب وسهلت تداول الأخبار والمعلومات وتبادل وجهات النظر ببرامجها فهده القنوات تلعب دورا هاما ألا وهو التوعية الصحية لمجتمعها خاصة ومن الملاحظ إن هذه الأزمة كشفت الثقوب التي تعتري جسد العمل الإعلامي الذي منح أولويات جعلت المشهد السياسي يتصدر الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والصحي. وترى أن التحديات التي واجهتها البشرية في صراعها المستدام للحفاظ على استمرارية الحياة، من خلال مكافحة الأمراض وتجنب الأوبئة والجوائح، تستحق جهدا تواصليا إعلاميا أكثر فعالية، تجنبا لتكرار المآسي الناتجة عن الاستهانة بالمعرفة الإنسانية المتراكمة التي يندر أن تجد طريقها إلى التغطية الإعلامية. وجب علينا في هده الدراسة أن ندرس القنوات الفضائية ومدى التوعية التي قدمتها أثناء فترة انتشار الجائحة، إذ يفترض أن تكون وسائل الإعلام قد قامت بدورها في تثقيف المتلقي بكافة الأمور الصحية ويكون مستعدا- معرفيا ومهاريا- للتعاطي مع أية أزمة صحية، وان نجدها تهافت على نقل أخبار أزمة كبرى حلت بالعالم أجمع مثل جائحة كورونا. علما بأن كافة العلوم التي تدرس الأزمات تقول: إن "الوقاية خير من العلاج". ونظرا لأهمية هذا الموضوع أردنا أن نعرف ما مدى نجاح البرامج الصحية التي تقدمها القنوات الفضائية الليبية في توعية المواطن لمواجهة الفايروس كوفيد 19 من خلال هذا البحث العلمي الذي اعتمدنا فيه على الجانب الوصفي المسحي حيث قمنا فيه بتحديد الإشكالية وذكر أهمية الدارسة وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، كما قمنا بالتعريف بالمنهج المستخدم في الدارسة، والحصول على المعلومات من عينة من متابعين القنوات الليبية من خلال الإجابة على استمارة الاستبيان، وبنتائج الدراسة يتم التعرف على كيف تناولت القنوات الفضائية الليبية التوعية الصحية من فايروس كورونا للمواطنين والمتابعين.

The study proceeds from the Corona pandemic to look at how Libyan satellite channels deal with global crises, in a digital era, where knowledge flows at a pace the world has not witnessed before. Satellite channels have broken all barriers between peoples and facilitated the circulation of news, information and the exchange of views in its programmes. The channels plays an important role, namely, the health awareness for their own community in particular. It is notable that this crisis has exposed the holes in the body of media, where it has given the priorities to the political scene over the economic, social and health sectors. The study believes that the challenges faced by humanity in its sustainable struggle to maintain the continuity of life, by combating diseases and avoiding epidemics and pandemics, deserve a more effective media communication effort, in order to avoid the recurrence of tragedies resulting from underestimating the accumulated human knowledge that rarely finds its way to media coverage. We had in This essay to study the satellite channels and the extent of awareness they provided during the period of the pandemic. The media is supposed to have played their part in educating the recipient about all health matters, so that he/she would be ready - cognitive and skilled - to deal with any health crisis. We also found that the media always pounce upon transferring the news of a major crisis that has befallen the whole world like the Corona pandemic. All the science that studies crises says: Prevention is better than cure. Given the importance of this topic, we wanted to know how well the health programmes offered by Libyan satellite channels worked in educating the citizen to deal with the virus, Covid 19. Within this scientific research, we relied on the descriptive survey aspect, in which we identified the problem and mentioned the importance of the study and the reasons for choosing the topic, and we also did introduced the method used in the study, and obtaining information from a sample of Libyan channel followers by answering the questionnaire, and with the results of the study, it is identified how the Libyan satellite channels dealt with health awareness of the Corona virus for citizens and followers.
