المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى كشف مناحي التأثير لعلماء الشرع في جائحة كورونا على الإعلام، فلا يخفى مدى الحاجة لإسهامات الجميع أثناء ذلك الوباء الذي عانت منه البشرية بكل مرافقها لفترة قد تربو عن العامين، الأمر الذي دفع كل العقول الواعية والقلوب الواجفة لإعادة قراءة وتقييم ما حدث، رغم كل الأزمات التي صاحبته أو تمخضت عنه، من مؤسسات وهيئات ومنظومات اجتماعية وغيرها لأداء كل دوره الإيجابي الفاعل، ومن أهمها الإعلام المواكب لكل المفاجئات، ليتواصل مع كل المؤسسات والجهات المجتمعية، كالتعاون مع علماء الشرع، لتكون التغطية شاملة ومؤثرة. ولإمكانية تلافي ما وقع من أخطاء. ومشكلة البحث تتمحور حول معرفة ذلك الأثر الفاعل لهؤلاء العلماء أثناء تلك الجائحة على الإعلام للنهوض والتعاطي الإيجابي في مناحي عدة، ليفيد الإعلام منهم ويتعاون معهم في تلك الظروف الشاقة، فهم علماء الأمة، وأعمالهم ترتقي بالمستوى اللائق بعظمة الإسلام وتصدره لخدمة البشرية في كل الظروف وفي كل المجتمعات وفي كل الأزمان. وقد انتهجت في هذه الدراسة الأسلوب الاستقرائي بسبر أثر علماء الشرع في الإعلام أثناء الأوبئة، بالرجوع إلى مصادر التشريع القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المشرفة وفعل الصحابة وأقوال العلماء واجتهادهم مع ذكر الشواهد لذلك عبر التاريخ الإسلامي، ثم البحث عن ذلك التطبيق في هذا العصر، وكذلك المنهج الوصفي تم التحليلي لإبراز ما سبق من خلال التعريف بالمفاهيم، وتوضيح التأصيل الشرعي لدور علماء الشرع في الأوبئة، واستنتاج أثرهم الفاعل في الإعلام. وكانت أبرز النتائج بعد البحث؛ أن الدور الإعلامي لعلماء الشرع أثناء الأوبئة هو واجب شرعي، ومما يقتضيه العقل السليم، لأنه ضمن طبيعة وظيفتهم الربانية. يتضاعف تأثير علماء الشرع المجتمعي إن كان عبر وسائل الإعلام، ويزداد إيجابيا إن ارتقى هؤلاء العلماء بخطة منهجية وفق السياسة الإعلامية ومع كل الظروف الطارئة أثناء جائحة كورونا، مما يعني ضرورة التعاون مع ذلك الصرح الإعلامي من العلماء وغيرهم لتظهر آثاره وتتحقق الأهداف، وأن تأثيرهم في الإعلام شمل مناحي كثيرة، كربط المجتمعات بربهم وتجديد الإيمان، والحرص على توعيتهم بالاعتقاد الصحيح للنظرة الإسلامية للأوبئة، والكشف عن حقائق الأمور بثبات ومرونة، وأن أعمالهم تؤدي إلى تحقيق وحدة الأمة وسيادتها من خلال الشمولية في الطرح الإعلامي، والتعاون مع الإعلام في الاستجابة للمسؤول المتمثل بالمنظومات الفكرية والسياسية والصحية وغيرها، كما أن لهم بالغ الأثر في دوام الفاعلية والتأثير للإعلام بمناحي عدة، خاصة حين يسارعون في استصدار الفتاوى ذات الشأن، والقابلة لإعادة القراءة المناسبة مع التغيرات الطارئة لظروف الوباء، لتوجيه الأفراد والحكومات في كيفية التعامل معه، وعدم التوقف عندها.

This research aims to uncover the aspects of the influence of Sharia scholars in the Corona pandemic on the media, so that the extent of the need for everyone's contributions during that epidemic, from which mankind has suffered with all its facilities for a period that may exceed two years, prompted all conscious minds and false hearts to re-read and evaluate what happened Despite all the crises that accompanied it or resulted from it, including institutions, bodies, social systems and others, to play their positive, active role, the most important of which is the media accompanying all surprises, to communicate with all institutions and community bodies, such as cooperation with Islamic scholars, so that the coverage is comprehensive and effective. And the possibility of avoiding the mistakes that occurred. The problem of research revolves around knowing the effective impact of these scholars during that pandemic on the media to promote and abuse Positive in several aspects, so that the media benefit from them and cooperate with them in these difficult circumstances. They are the scholars of the ummah, and their work raises the level appropriate to the greatness of Islam and promotes it to serve humanity in all circumstances, in all societies and at all times. I have used in this study the inductive method by exploring the impact of Sharia scholars in the media during epidemics, by referring to the sources of legislation, the Noble Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, the actions of the Companions, the sayings of scholars and their diligence with mentioning the evidence for that throughout Islamic history, then searching for that application in this ageAs well as the descriptive and analytical approach to highlight the above by introducing the concepts, and clarifying the legal rationale for the role of Sharia scholars in epidemics, and deducing their effective impact on the media. The most prominent results after the research were: The media role of Islamic scholars during epidemics is a legitimate duty, and what a sound mind requires, because it is within the nature of their divine office. The influence of societal Sharia scholars doubles if it is through the media, and increases positively if these scholars advance in a systematic plan in accordance with the media policy and with all the emergency circumstances during the Corona pandemic, which means the need for cooperation with that media edifice of scholars and others in order for its effects to appear and achieve the goals And that their influence in the media included many aspects, such as linking societies to their Lord and renewing faith, and keenness to educate them about the correct belief in the Islamic view of epidemics, and reveal the facts of matters steadily and flexibly, and that their actions lead to the achievement of the nation’s unity and sovereignty through inclusiveness in the media presentation, and cooperation with the media in response For the responsible person represented by the intellectual, political, health and other systems, and they have a great influence on the permanence of the media’s effectiveness and influence in several aspects, especially when they rush to issue relevant fatwas that can be readily readable with the emergency changes in the circumstances of the epidemic, to guide individuals and governments in how to deal with it, and not to stop Then.
