المستخلص: The widespread use of the mobile phone in the lives of individuals resulted as governments sought towards the adoption of a new pattern advanced the smart thing and convenience and abundance in government public services, there appeared what is known as m-government and that of their properties that they carried in the pockets of citizens. this paper come to study the guide governments towards this the new style, trying to show the advantages and importance of m-government and show the motives of this trend, in order to be catalysts to the Algerian government to tend to work in this cutting-edge technology and techniques in the service of citizens and the provision of administrative belongings sheet. We began this research addressing the important aspects of the nature of m-government, m-government applications display the most important fields of use of m-government phones, then we highlighted a study leading case of Saudi Arabia to the adoption of m-government experiment, and conclusion, we have provided can support went Algeria some mobile style of government and public services.
