The economy is growing, expanding and spreading all over the world, especially in light of the spread of the concepts of globalization, financial capitalism and the digital economy. As seen by many that The number of those involved in these illegal activities is increasing, especially in light of the instability of the global economy, the shortage of jobs, the low wages, the spread of violence and terrorism in the world, and the use of modern technologies that make these activities far from supervision and management of their business in a very confidential manner, If we know that these activities fall within the framework of corruption, which is the first obstacle to the process of economic development.
