| 520 | |b The re-balancing process in its different social, economic and political forms under the presence of the political system, which was established after 2003, stands for one of the predisposing factors of the struggle between the traditional political elites representing the key components, and what this struggle has resulted in different kinds of crises and political instability varied between governmental instability, corruption, unemployment and political violence of its different forms. Nevertheless, the reform of the system and the political process requires structural reforms in the existing political system represented by amending the electoral law (this is what happened in the electoral system of 2019) and the reforms that will follow at all the social, economic and political infrastructure | ||
