المستخلص: This study aims to measure the role of knowledge management processes represented by (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge distribution, and knowledge application) to achieve organizational immune systems represented by (immune perception, immune defense, immune memory, immune stability, and control) in Asiacell Iraq in Maysan province, as the questionnaire was adopted to collect the necessary data on the sample, which consisted of (40) items, and accordingly (50) questionnaires were distributed, of which (42) are valid for analysis, in order to extract the necessary results, a set of important statistical methods were adopted, which were represented by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and relative importance. The research concluded a set of results that showed a significant correlation between knowledge management processes and the organizational immune systems. As well as the presence of a significant impact relationship for knowledge management processes in the organizational immune systems.
