The research aims to study the processes of knowledge management and its impact on the classifications of leadership skills in the General Company for Iraqi Cement by selecting a group of managers in the company. In order to analyze the results of the research, find out the correlation and measure the impact, the statistical program (SPSS) was adopted. Among the most important conclusions obtained: There is an impact of knowledge management processes in the classifications of leadership skills, as it was found that there is a correlation between knowledge management processes and classifications of leadership skills, and with regard to the research recommendations, attention must be paid to the strategic vision of the company and ways to implement it, and knowledge management processes must be applied And develop them continuously because of their effective contribution to administrative leadership skills. |
