This research aims to shed light on the truth about financial inclusion in Arab countries and the role of digital financial services in increasing it. By means of studying the concept of financial inclusion, its importance and aspects, in addition to an analysis of the partial indicators of it in Arab countries and comparing those countries to each other, as well as a study of digital financial services and how to harness them in order to spread them so they can reach people from all walks of life. The study has concluded that despite the existence of variance among Arab countries in activating financial inclusion indicators, these countries are still behind as a group in increasing the efficiency of providing both the traditional and the digital financial services to all people, which calls for a reconsideration on the part of Arab Central Banks in their role in supervision and oversight in the banking sector. They ought to pay more attention by enhancing the financial inclusion within their polices and activities in order to increase the depth of the banking sector in Arab countries which requires activating mechanisms that are capable of supporting and increasing it.
