|a تعد فعالية التنظيم من بين المفاهيم الحديثة التي نالت عدد من الدراسات من طرف علماء الاجتماع في الإدارة، حيث هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى السعي وراء البحث عن الأفكار التي جاءت بها نظريات الإدارة التقليدية والتي من شأنها أن تحقق للمنظمة الفعالية، من النتائج التي خلصت لها الدراسة يؤدي تطبيق الأفكار والمبادئ التي جاءت بها نظريات الإدارة التقليدية إلى تحسين فعالية المنظمة.
