المستخلص: تناول الباحثين موقع المقولات اللغوية في هيكل علم أصول الفقه، وتعامل الدرس الأصولي معها، كمقدمة أملتها طبيعة علم الأصول الساعي لتأسيس قواعد كلية يستعان بها في عملية الاستنباط الفقهي. برهن الباحثين أن الوظيفة الاستنباطية التي شكلت غاية ومحددا لعمل الأصوليين في الوقت ذاته، لم تسلب قواعد علم الأصول وضوابطه القدرة على أن تكون مطلقة، لا تختص باللغة العربية فحسب بل تمتد لتشمل سائر اللغات، بالاعتماد على بيان طبيعة استمداد علم الأصول من الظواهر اللغوية الاجتماعية العامة المشتركة بين جميع لغات البشر، واتكائه على قانون الخطاب العام بصبغته العقلانية. وقد حاولنا أن يقف على سبب تناول الأصوليين لهذا النوع من المباحث التي كان من المنتظر ووفقا لطبيعتها اللغوية، أن يتعامل الأصوليون معها على أساس أنها أصول مسلمة ومستمدة من ميدان آخر كعلم اللغة بمعناه العام باعتباره الحاضنة الأساسية، التي تتكفل تزويد علم أصول الفقه بنتائج لغوية جاهزة، يستعين بها لتأسيس قواعده الاستنباطية العامة، بيد أن هذا لم يحدث لسبب وآخر، ومن ثم أخذ الأصوليون على عاتقهم النهوض بهذه المهمة، سدا لهذا النقص الذي من المؤكد -وبحسبهم- أنه سيلقي بظلاله على عملية الاستنباط التي هي غاية الأصوليين القصوى. سجل البحث جملة نتائج أفرزها بحث الأصوليين للقضايا اللغوية، على مستوى التنوع في مطالبها، والتعدد في أقسامها، فقد تراوحت المباحث اللغوية عندهم بين اتجاه اكتشافي تتمحور مهمته حول تحديد المداليل اللغوية، وآخر تفسيري هدفه تفسير المدلولات اللغوية، وبيان خصائصها، مضافا إلى تحديد وسائل إثبات المخرجات اللغوية في كلا النوعين، وترددها بين: الاستقراء وبين التبادر والبرهان، التي أضاف إليها الأصوليون الكثير، سواء ما يتصل بقيمتها الدليلية أو تطبيقاتها العرفية. وألمح البحث إلى أن الأصوليين لم يكتفوا بملء الفراغ الذي خلفه إهمال اللغويين لمباحث لغوية مهمة، بل جاسوا خلال ديار اللغويين الخاصة، وبحثوا في قيمة التراث اللغوي، ومحل رواده من الوثاقة والاعتماد، وموضع الأدوات اللغوية من الاعتبار.

The research dealt with the location of the linguistic statements in the structure of the fundamentals of jurisprudence, and dealt with the fundamentalist lesson with them, as an introduction dictated by the nature of the science of assets seeking to establish the rules of the whole is used in the process of questioning the jurisprudence. The researcher proved that the developmental function which constituted an objective and specific for the work of the fundamentalists at the same time did not rob the rules of the fundamentals and its rules, the ability to be absolute, not only in Arabic but also in other languages, Common social commonality of all human languages, and its reliance on the law of public discourse with its rationality. The researcher sought to provide a reason for the fundamentalists to deal with this type of mabahith, which was expected according to their linguistic nature, that the fundamentalists deal with them on the basis that they are Muslim origins and derived from another field such as linguistics in its general sense as the main incubator, But it did not happen for one reason and another, and then the fundamentalists took upon themselves to carry out this task. This is a deficiency which, according to them, will certainly cast a shadow over the process of development which is the ultimate fundamentalist. The research record included a series of results that the fundamentalists of the linguistic issues, at the level of diversity in their demands, and the diversity of their sections, found that their linguistic inquiry ranged from an exploratory approach centered on the identification of linguistic explanations, and an interpretative one whose purpose was to interpret the linguistic meanings and their characteristics, The means of proof of linguistic output in both types, and their frequency between: induction and the initiative and proof, to which the fundamentalists added a lot, whether linked to the value of the pilot or customary applications. The research indicated that the fundamentalists not only filled the void left by the neglect of linguistic linguists important task, but went through the private linguistics, and looked at the value of the linguistic heritage, and the place of its pioneers of rigor and dependence, and the placement of linguistic tools.
