المستخلص: The origin in the Practicing of the individual of his basic rights & freedom is that it should agree with the community in which he lives, so that they do not interfere with the rights and freedom of others. These rights will be contained within a network of freedom of and rights by which the so ciety intend, to provide its members with seaunty & happiness, and by this the basic function of human rights & freedom will be reached. These ´rights & freedom can be subjected to some limitations and restrictions during ordinary or emergency situations. For this reasm we started to write this study.
