|a هدف الدراسة: تسعى الدراسة إلى تعرف انتشار فايروس كورونا وأثره في إفريقيا على العلاقات الأمريكية- الصينية؛ وذلك من خلال تعرف أهمية القارة الإفريقية بشكل عام، وأهم المرتكزات والأسس التي تقوم عليها العلاقات الأمريكية- الصينية، مع هذه القارة، وأثر انتشار فايروس كورونا فيها وتصعيده للتوتر في تلك العلاقات. المنهجية: قامت الدراسة على افتراض أن أزمة كورونا في القارة الإفريقية أسهمت في تأجيج التنافس الأمريكي- الصيني، واعتمدت الدراسة على ثلاثة مناهج، وهي: المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج تحليل المضمون الكيفي. النتائج: خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن أزمة كورونا قد أسهمت في زيادة حدة التنافس الأمريكي- الصيني. الخلاصة: تمكنت الصين من استغلال أزمة كورونا وحولتها إلى فرصة لإثبات وجودها على المستوى العالمي، في ظل التراجع الأمريكي في مواجهة أزمة كورونا العالمية."
|b The study seeks to identify the Coronavirus pandemic and its impact in Africa on US Chinese relations. This is through recognizing the importance of the African continent in general, the pillars and grounds of the US-Chinese relations with the African continent, and the impact of the Corona virus pandemic in the African continent and its escalation of tension in US-Chinese relations. Methods: The study assumes that the Corona virus pandemic in Africa contributed to fueling the US-Chinese competition. To achieve the study objective, three methodological approaches have been employed, namely: historical, descriptive and analytical, together with a qualitative content analysis. Results: The study concluded that the Corona virus has contributed to an increase in US-Chinese competition. Conclusion: China was able to take advantage of the Corona crisis and turned it into an opportunity to sustain its presence at the global level in light of the American decline in facing the global Corona crisis."
