In this paper was deposition (ZnO: Sn) on slides from glass by a pyrolysis chemical submachine gun, where the atomic of ratio was (3% & 7%) in the solution. In this study, both were used XRD and UV versus spectrophotometer to know the impact of thermal treatment on the optical and structure properties of ZnO films at (500 °C) for two hours. The XRD diffraction patterns results illustrated all the films had multi-crystalline structures and the structure attributes for ZnO thin films not significant changed because of incorporation of the steel and done improve crystallization with a preference of orientation along direction (002), and also was done calculated the size of the crystals by apply the famous Scherrer formula and shown be in the scope of increasing (26-35) nm. While the results of the optic Ultraviolet (UV) indicated that the highest average optical noise was above 70% in the visible part and showed the optic measurements a lowered in the forthright energy gap Eg from 3.25 (eV) to 3.21 (eV). |
