|a استهدف هذه الدراسة إبراز الأهمية الاقتصادية للسياحة كمجال ضروري للتنمية: خاصة لدى البلدان التي تتمتع بمقومات بيئية وثقافية جيدة مثل الجزائر، سيما بعد نجاح التجربة التركية في هذا المجال، حيث ركزنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع الاعتماد على مختلف المواقع الإلكترونية الرسمية في جمع بيانات الدراسة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياحة في الجزائر لم تلقي الاهتمام الكافي للنهوض بها كقطاع فاعل في التنمية: تتداخل السياحة مع عدة مجالات مثل النقل، المنشئات القاعدية، المرافق العمومية ومختلف الأماكن ذات المعالم الثقافية التي تحتاج بدورها للاهتمام، كما أن القدرات الاستيعابية للفنادق والمنشئات السياحية في الجزائر ضعيفة: وقد خلصت الدراسة لضرورة العمل على وضع وتنفيذ استراتيجية شاملة للنهوض بالسياحة انطلاقا من تهيئة مختلف القطاعات والمجالات المتداخلة معها، إضافة لتعزيز القدرات الاستيعابية لمختلف المنشئات السياحية مع مراعاة جودة الخدمة وتخفيض التكاليف، والتي تشكل بدورها أبرز النقاط المستخلصة من تجربة تركيا.
|b This study aimed to clarify the economic importance of tourism as a necessary area for development; particularly in countries that have good environmental and cultural elements such as Algeria, especially after the success of the Turkish experience in this field, where we focused on the descriptive analytical approach with reliance on various official websites in collecting study data. The study concluded that tourism in Algeria did not receive enough attention to promote it as an active sector in development; Tourism overlaps with several areas such as transportation, basic facilities, public facilities and various places with cultural landmarks, which in turn require significant attention, and the absorptive capacities of hotels and tourist facilities in Algeria are weak; The study concluded that it is necessary to work on the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategy for the advancement of tourism based on the creation of the various sectors and fields intertwined with it, in addition to enhancing the absorptive capacities of the various tourist facilities, taking into account the quality of service and the reduction of costs, which, in turn, constitute the most prominent points drawn from Turkey's experience.
